I stayed at Kasa Guane for two nights in January 2017. Due to poor ventilation the my room's air was very stuffy. In addition to this the roof-top terrace advertised on HostelWorld was still under construction, that construction meant that the hostel was banging with the sound of power tools and hammers for much of my stay, to the point...

We got the deluxe room and it was a real delight after what we got for a similar price in Medellin. The room was clean and spacious, and the TV channels on offer a godsend for the couple of days when we didnt want to stray too far from the room. The staff were as friendly and helpful as we...

We really enjoyed our stay here at Kasa Guane. All the staff were super friendly and helpful and the hostel it self is really nice. Good size room with our own bathroom although the showers were cold and the bed was pretty hard. Nice kitchen area to cook up your own meals if you'd like as well as cable television...

This is a convenient and clean place to stay in a decent neighborhood of a big city that has little to recommend itself. The staff are helpful and friendly. If you have to stay in Bucaramanga, this place will do.

Upon our arrival, we we're told that there was a mistake in the booking process and that unfortunately all private rooms with bathrooms were occupied, so we were instead offered a private room without a bathroom. This room was located on the ground floor (as opposed to the other rooms which are located on the first floor) behind the pantry...

This is a great hostel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had lots of questions to ask and they were able to help me out. The rooms were clean and there was enough space. It was in a great location for bars and restaurants also. I highly recommend this hostel for backpackers.

I enjoyed my stay at this hostel. I had no reservation but the staff were able to find a room for me anyway. Luis Alfonso was extremely helpful in helping me with making arrangements for my excursions.
