We stayed here for 2 nights with family. This hotel should be renamed the Marlboro Hotel. The lobby smells like cigarettes, the elevators smelled like cigarettes, the pool smelled like cigarettes, the rooms smelled like cigarettes, and the atrium smelled like cigarettes - the atrium is also where the breakfast buffet is. The rooms needs renovation, badly. Legs of bed-side...

The room was small. Dirty. Needs renovation. Bedsheet was small and couldn't fit the bed. Wall needs paint. Bathroom ceramic need to be changed. Breakfast was mostly Chinese food. Noisy room , you could hear the room next door.

I stayed at this hotel with my family as part of a 7 day China bus tour. We stayed only one night, but it was a comfortable night. The lobby is huge - indicative of the hotel grounds overall as we spent quite a bit of time walking around to get from building to building. It seems to be a...

I was on a business trip and my vendor put me up here. Visited in January 2016 (was pretty cold!). Lobby is pretty big. Rooms are very nice, well furnished. The bed was very comfortable and washroom was clean. The hotel had a fitness centre and an indoor heated swimming pool! Overall, it was a big, nice property. Would stay...

Pros: The facilities are quite nice and the breakfast buffet makes me feel like i'm in a rainforest which is relaxing. Breakfast food was good and the lobby is incredibly huge and beautiful! Bathrooms are also clean and beds were comfortable. Pool and gym looks nice. Cons: Rooms look a bit old and the people in the room beside me...

This 5 star hotel is almost perfect in every aspect . It is a beautiful building , very nice rooms and bathroom , good breakfast etc ... However it lacks a touch of personality in its decoration and looks like any anonymous 5 star hotel in China . .

Was in Wuxi on a recent tour and was blown away by the sheer opulence of the hotel. Huge Foyer and a very different setting for the breakfast buffet. This is the place to stay when in Wuxi. The breakfast was well laid out and planned and the settings was in the middle of the hotel with the rooms having...

Only stayed 2 nights there but left with a very nice impression. It seems that there are two towers and we were in the newest which seems noticeably better than the old one. All the staff was friendly and could speak some English, some of them quite well. I had some request to use a room and the staff was...

This is my first stay at this hotel and I am not really satisfied, the foyer is very, very big and there are many spots to sit around as there is free wifi in the lobby. The rooms are very small and are in need of alot of changes, the bathroom especially. The sealing in the shower are peeling off...

This was my second stay at this hotel in a year. Great accomodations and rooms. The only issue I had was no wireless internet in the rooms and the wired was a bit erratic. They have a drinking water faucet in the rooms, food is great (both western and eastern) and the staff are very friendly and treat you like...
