We visited the hotel for a weekend trip from Beijing. It's nicely located at the beach with balcony rooms offering excellent views. Staff is tremendously friendly even if all procedures in the covid 19 times are a little cumbersome. They are always kind a d friendly. The one thing that's out of the ordinary impressing us the most is their Japanese restaurant. The food and service is simply amazing. Food is fresh, beautifully presented, promptly served. Staff very attentive and quick. Great value for money. They have all you can eat order from the menu promotions starting at rmb 198 per person including drinks. Fantastic. Highly recommended.

The Shangri La Hotel really is the best hotel I have ever stayed in, I am there as I am writing this review, Room is superb, The staff are extremely helpful, The restaurant has something for everyone, Nothing is to much trouble, So anybody thinking of a holiday to China which is also an experience you will never forget, Need look no further than the Shangri La Hotel, Your holiday will be enhanced by this superb Hotel.

Great ambience and excellent service by Wang Yan and Chen Boxin. Good job and keep it up! I really enjoyed my dining experience on this special occasion, Christmas eve. The spread of food here is great, with delicious desserts.

Came here for 2 nights for a business conference, was a very wonderful experience. Nice Hotel on the beach, great service, clean rooms and nice welcoming staff. Would stay here again definitely next year when I return.
