The Wyndham Hotel is conveniently located just outside the subway station. The hotel is well equipped, the room layout is reasonable, clean and tidy, the stay is very comfortable, the night view is very beautiful.
The front desk staff was very helpful, especially Johnson, who was very active and enthusiastic. The hotel breakfast is also very good, rich variety, many choices,
cost-effective, next time to Shenzhen will stay again!!

Located on a busy street, with almost no territory. But 50 meters from the metro station, and a couple of blocks from the center, where endless shopping centers, skyscrapers and everything else begin.
The lobby is quite cramped and the staff speaks little English - like almost everywhere else in China.
The room layouts are unusual, at least I had a room with a huge bathroom overlooking the city from above. Bed, soundproofing, climate control - everything is in order.
Breakfast is not very varied. It seems like there are a lot of dishes, but almost nothing to take. A couple of Asian cuisine specialties (dumplings, noodles) and almost nothing from European cuisine (except maybe a couple of types of eggs). But very tasty tea in teapots.
There is a terrible restaurant for dinner on the third floor, but it is rented, so the hotel only gets half a minus point.
A separate joke is the numbering of floors in elevators. Each panel is different, some from bottom to top in columns, some from top to bottom in rows, and some from left to right.

Had a wonderful stay at the Wyndham Grand in Shenzhen. This is a great business hotel located centrally in the city, and close to the business district. The staff is very professional and can help you navigate Shenzhen, with taxis, and subway, or walking. If you need anything, just ask for William Deng, he is a 5-star experienced professional in the hotel industry.

A very bad experience after our stay. After housekeeping thrown out/or taken away our toiletries.
-Issue no1) Entering room without permission when DND was activated and neither was the housekeeping light activated. So entering the room without permission is a violation of the guests personal space & personal security.
-Issue no2) Housekeeping taking/throwing away personal items which was clearly left on the vanity and not in the waste bin. Even if we asked for housekeeping to clean there should be no way that they can decide on what items to take away, at the most they should only empty the waste bins and put other items nearly aside. How can they determine what is waste, so hence we cannot exclude the fact that items may have been taken for personal benefit/use.
The next day the staff at the front desk Savana Chu was not helpful in anyway about our loss and insisted she would not pass on the GM details or complaints department for me to file a complaint. She also gave us a fake telephone number to call!
So I hope the GM can see this post & get back to me for a more professional & sincere apology/compensation of some sort.
As this not only violated the number one rule of hospitality which is guest security as this can also be deemed as a criminal act by some.
I hope the reaction from the Wyndham hotel group will be more favourable when they read this post than what was shown by the front desk staff on handling this situation.

I stayed at the Wyndham for 3 nights and the rooms are really nice (clean, big, high ceiling, nice bathtub, comfy bed), but wifi didn't work at all. The concierge said it is because of China Internet restrictions, but my cell phone data (HK/China SIM card) was working well while the wifi was really slow (slower than in the '90s). As I need a good wifi connection for work and private stuff I will not go there anymore.

I came and stayed here on for a short business trip. This is a great location in the Futian area. If you need to be in Shenzhen for meetings in Futian then this is a very central location in the busiest business district. Most of the well known commercial and financial office towers are within a 10 minute commute. There are plenty of office space, coffee shops and restaurants for your networking needs. I stayed on the top floor on the 35th and the view is very nice from the room. Rooms are spacious with a small working desk.
There are some small improvements needed here though. One or more of the pillows has an unpleasant smell. The TV was a bit too small relatively to the size of the room. The mat you put in front of the shower door is not useful when you step out of the shower as there is not enough clearance and the mat would be pushed away as you open the door. If you order any delivery service, (which is quite common in China) expect to have a long wait if you expect delivery to your door during peak times as there seems to be only one delivery robot and it is extremely slow. (It is not allowed for your delivery guy to head up into the guest floors.) The elevators (even though there are 6 of them) seem to operate very slowly which doesn't help.
I didn't attend or use any of the restaurants or facilities so I cannot recommend or comment on those personally. I have heard that the restaurants here (both the Chinese and Japansese teppanyaki) are very decent.

Love the size of the room. It was spacious. The bed and pillows we’re comfortable. The bathroom is big and equipped with a bathtub. The receptionist recommended me to a restaurant row nearby the hotel and we ate at Pho Doen, it was delicious and aesthetically pleasing. The bellboy was so nice and helped us to carry our luggage up to the taxi trunk. It took us about 10 mins drive to Futian Port

Convenient hotel next to Line 2/ Line 10 Gangxia station. Exit D. From shekou port is 50mins away. Room bed is comfortable but pillow can be better. Toilet flushing has some issue, and always creating noise. Housekeeping tidy my room and cleared away my small facial tubes:(
Breakfast is not fancy. Advise u to skip the hotel breakfast and go out explore the local yum cha or cafe brunch.

The posted check-in time was 2pm, but I was able to checked into my room by 2:40 pm after almost an hour waiting, sitting on the sofa in the lobby. During the hour waiting, enquire the reception at least 3 times whether my room is ready and first two times they said still preparing. The room itself was spacious, clean and comfy bed. No wifi connection.

Hello! I recently stayed at this hotel and have stayed in this area a few times for work. My company's office is just across the street from Coco Park. When I stayed at the Wyndham Grand Shenzhen, I would walk to the office each day via the Link City underground mall, which connects the subway to area buildings with a number of restaurants, shops, etc. It took me about 20 to 25 minutes to walk there each day, depending on how fast I was walking and how crowded the area was. It's super easy! Or you can hop on the subway stop right there and I think it's one or two stops down the line.
the executive room, do ask for the bigger layout
hi Conny, I'm not sure. I think they have different packages for guests. can try to check out their website.
