Hotel staff were super helpful and friendly. Complimentary breakfast didn’t have a great variety, but the chefs did a great work to make it both tasty and healthy (don’t forget to grab yakults on your way out, those are definitely my favourite drinks!) Some facilities are a bit worn out, such as the carpet and the walls in the room, but it was clean anyways. Walls are not thin, (a light sleeper would definitely appreciate that) but there are occasional annoying guests who smoke indoors when you’re on a nonsmoking floor. Make sure to notify the front desk and they’ll send over an air purifier as well as figure out whoever the smoker is and get them to a smoking floor. The location of the hotel is super convenient, a shopping mall (1234) is right next to it, Wenheyou (a shopping complex with street food stands and restaurants) is right across the street, and it’s just a 10-minute walk away from Dongmen, a thriving street market with many vendors and great street foods, plus the subway station is just 3 minutes away. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here, great value for its price and Hyatt never disappoints!

The hotel is located beside the Luojie Station, and behind it is the Dongmen Pedestrian Walk.
The ground floor entrance is rather discreet, and the main Lobby is on the 6th floor.
The lobby is very spacious and the lifts to the rooms are across the hall. Check in, is speedy and efficient . The staff are friendly.
They do not have room service but the daily cleaning is superb.
Room was spacious, big wardrobe, ironing board, steam iron, kettle , fridge, safe, etc. Shower pressure is good. Quality shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Towels are clean.
Breakfast was very good, a decent spread. Cooks on hand to prepare congee, noodle soup and omelets.
Very good coffee.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel as it is truly very convenient. 1 or 2 mins away frm the subway that is located at the mall beside the hotel.
Breakfast was superb!! They even serve Yakult for kids!!

The only negative is they don't have bellboy or room service. So you need to go down to the lobby to get additional toiletry supplies or bring ur luggages down. But they have carts and elevators so that wasn't such a hassle.

Only location is good. Other then that I don't see is worth of it even as Hyatt members. Reserve a smoking room 9mths before yet on the day of arrival there is no room for me. Members latest chkout can ONLY extend 1hr later thereafter will be charge half day room rate. Members and non members room rates is not much different.

"This is a sub-line of the Hyatt hotel. The room is large and considered clean. Check-in and check-out were a bit slow, but the staff were courteous and willing to help, answering questions. The breakfast spread was limited and the restaurant is small considering the size of the hotel, so one may need to wait for a table during busy hours. The best feature is its location in the center of Dongmen. Overall, it's a decent business hotel rather than one where you can relax."

The hotel is a little dated but it is clean and well maintained.
The location is also excellent. Entrance of hotel is roughly 10m from Liaojie station, exit H.
Breakfast has person to make eggs or noodles as you like it, which is a plus compared to Hyatt's UrCove hotels.

1 hour by metro, from Airport Station by Line 11 to Chegongmiao Station and interchange with Line 1 to Laojie Station
