A small, but quaint hotel. Very central (a 5 minute walk to the town centre), but away from the noise, so quiet at night. They lock the door at all times, but answer the bell to let you in at once. The reception staff don’t generally speak english, but will quickly find someone who does to help you. They were...

The hotel isn't that big. Our group was split in 2 hotels in Punta Arenas. We stayed here. the room on the first floor was of a nice size. Bathroom was of a very good size, spacious must say! staff friendly and helpfull. Breakfast was really good and is served in the kitchenarea. So when fully booked you may have...

This establishment felt more like a B&B than a hotel. The rooms are basic and the bathrooms large. To sit and relax you needed to go to the lounge room which was comfortable and had a TV. We were offered tea which arrived with cake. Breakfast was in the extended kitchen and again was homely offering a small but filling...

My wife and I travelled throughout Argentina and Chile in November 2015. We arrived in Punta Arenas by bus and were pleased to get to this Hotel. We spent most of our time in hostels and were pleased that we spent the extra money to stay at this hotel towards the end of our trip. Even though it's a pretty...

I was here with a group for one night in December 2015. it is a very small place and it must be very important for them to have groups coming. I think from what I saw they actually tried to be as professional as possible and this effort has to be appreciated. Rooms are fairly small. The breakfast room tiny,...

The room was very spacious as was the bathroom. Check in was fine. However guests either arrived or returned at about 3am and proceeded to put all the communal lights on and talked, laughed, swore very loudly downstairs for about an hour. The staff should have been proactive and more considerate. Breakfast was simple.

They welcomed us nicely at late night, and the room was larger than needed. We had to walk through the kitchen and garden to reach the room, that was right next door with the kitchen itself (so a bit noisy in the morning). Decent clean place to stay, yet nothing extraordinary or special. Good position, close to the bus station...

The host was very nice and welcomed us late at night. We had a good breakfast in the morning in her little kitchen. The room is comfortable and nicely decorated as a chalet. The bed is very comfortable. It's a good place for a "transit" destination to other places in chile.

We travelled throughout Argentina and Chile as a couple in November 2015. This hotel is a short walking distance from the bus station and was warm and clean. They have a central office for booking tours for those who are interested (we were here only for 1 day). We were walking distance from restaurants and the main tourism-shopping stretch. The...

This is a decent hotel. If you have alot of stuffs, this place does not have an elevator, so you are warmed. Our room is a bit dim but there is a charm to this place. The great thing about this is that it is a B&B. For the price it is not bad.
