We had just returned from trekking in Patagonia so any place would have been amazing. But the staff wa very accommodating and friendly, the rooms were clean and they had coffee and internet and wifi. The carpet in the room was old, but the beds slept fine. I would say this place is about 3.5stars but the helpfulness and friendliness...

We were a group on 9, so we needed 4 rooms. Each one was very good and clean, with excellent bathrooms. The situation as stated was really good, very near from almost everything and most restaurants in town are just a couple of blocks away. It has free parking, which is really helpful. On the inside there is a medium...

We arrived at 11pm to a hotel that was neither welcoming or appealing. We had had a long journey and looked at the table in the lounge area where there was a kettle and cups so we asked if we could make a cup of tea but on closer examination there was no water in the kettle and all the...

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Easy location to access the town via foot. Parking in Punta Arenas is not easy, but there was space out front for parking with no additional cost. Great deal for the price! Came back through the town on my way home and booked it again.

One could feel perfectly comfortable enough to snuggle up here beside a fire, in your slippers and read a good book. Although the hotel may not look like that much from the outside, inside it feels like a warm and inviting small family establishment that encourages you to relax and be at home. Our room, although small, was cute and...

I don't know how this hotel got its 4 stars, but please....it does not deserve half of them! There is a laundry list of negatives but the one that annoyed me the most were: - extremely small rooms ( and I have been in Japan!...) - WiFi access terrible, and nothing was done to improve it during my 1 week...

After many stays in brand new hotels, with a lot of features to amuse and deligth travellers, staying at the Isla Rey Jorge is like coming back to basic. Good location, nice bedroom (simple and clean), basic breakfast and service. Everything you need, nothing more, nothing less. A good option to consider if you dont want (cannot) to stay in...

I had a positive hotel experience at this property last month. I spent 3 nights there based on a Frommer's guide sugestion and a fair rate I got through a Buenos Aires travel agent. The hotel is centrally located. Its decor is victorian style. My mother had lost her pijamas but the following morning she had it back, washed and...

I booked a room and prepaid through a travel agent. Imagine my surprise when I arrived and was told that no room was available. I suspect the hotel took my money and reservation until they found someone who would pay more, then dropped me. These kind of shoddy business practices should not be tolerated. I urge you to stay elsewhere...
