Beautiful cabanas with modern bathroom and nice kitchen. Location was within walking distance of everything down town in Punta Arenas. Also located very close to the shoreline walk with many sculptures, skate park, and sports areas. Provided tea, bread, jam, juice, milk, boxed chocolate chip pound cake in cabana. Loved having wifi , cable TV, and a gated residence where... More

You get your own little house basically. There's a kitchen, sitting area, an insanely comfy bed, two TVs with a ton of channels, fast internet, in a gated lot. We were in Chile for 10 days or so and this place was probably the best room with the most hospitality. They even brought us a tray with fresh baked bread,... More

The owners were great. One of the owners had a good grasp of the English language. The location is close to the water and close to downtown. They gave you a key with the remote access to the gate. We stayed for a week and we even received c complimentary breakfast items. They had a nice kitchenette to cook lunch... More

We stayed at Shenu before and after our hike at Torres Del Paine. There are 4 cabanas on the property. It is big enough to fit 3 people (one person have to take the sofa bed which was quite comfortable). The kitchen is well equipped and have everything we need, the bed is comfortable and the shower is good. We... More

A small, separate cabin, with a living area/ kitchen, the BEST bathroom in Patagonia, a great bedroom with the softest pillows for sleep, and even a desk- chair combo for a little office. I could make my instant coffee with leche ( milk) in the morning, not disturbing my wife's sleeping, sitting on a comfortable stool, with the best wifi... More

We loved our cabaña and were very comfortable for our two night stay. It was spacious and has a large kitchen and living room area, good sized bedroom with king bed and great smelling bedsheets, nice bathroom, and 2 large flatscreen tvs with cable. The room was spotlessly clean. Having a fully equipped kitchen made it easy I stay in... More

We booked two rooms for two nights and we got delayed a night and called to say we would not be there for the first night (rooms were nonrefundable which was fair and okay) and when we arrived for the second night, they had rented out our rooms. They moved us to an affiliated property but it was not nearly... More

This is an adorable little bungalow at a very affordable rate. The staff was very accommodating and went out of their way to help us. There were also several additional touches such as cookies, juice, bread and jelly for breakfast that made it feel like home. This was by far one of the best places we stayed during our trip.... These cabanas are modern, spotlessly clean, well appointed, comfortable and inviting. These cabins feature slate floors, natural wood and high end bathroom fixtures, as well as fluffy towels and duvets. The manager warmly greeted us with information about the town and presented us with a tray filled with everything needed for our breakfast the following morning. Shenu is great value and... More

Great place---immaculately clean everywhere. Nice new facilities. Not too far from the center of town. Great kitchen-all the necessary cooking tools if desired.. Friendly staff. Admittedly the pull out bed is not comfortable. Definitely needs a new set of pillows....they don't include Breakfast but our sweet lady who showed us the room brought us a tray anyway--incredibly nice and greatly... More
