Pretty pricey for a hostel, but actually it's a hotel and the price is probably fairly reflective of this. Rooms clean and decorated to a high standard. Good heating (if a little noisy). Breakfast plentiful. Excellent wifi. Great as a cheap hotel, but if you're wanting the hostel experience (particularly if you want a self catering kitchen) you should go...

Room was small but clean. People were super friendly and helpful. We wanted to go on an early tour, they provided breakfast before regular hours and we could leave our luggage until late after checkout time.

I really enjoyed this hostel. Clean, well run place. Nice common areas. The attached coffee shop is a great touch. Not a crazy party hostel, but you can do what you want. Plenty of space and privacy. Rooms available to fit what you want. I enjoyed the private bathroom. The upstairs smells like toast because of the cafe, but that's...

We did not make prior reservations and chose this one based on tripadvisor reviews. It was a good choice, just a little expensive. We were a group of 4 so when we split the cost it was manageable but it was definitely too pricy otherwise especially for off season. Other than that it was a great stay. The room we...

I totally lover this hostal, I stayed at a private bedroom w/ shared bathroom, but I felt I was the only one using the bathroom! The rooms were really comfortable, and staff was great! I was coming from a bad experience of another hostal in town, that was overbooked, and they did everything to welcome me!

We arrived in Punta Arenas on a wet and cold day. The Hostal Patagonia was warm and friendly, small, cute and comfortable. We thought it was great value and the cafe next door had very nice food too. The staff were helpful and friendly. Even though we had very minimal Spanish we managed to find out what we needed.

Even though we never stayed at this hostel (I canceled my reservations many days before the deadline, because I had to change my schedule), they charged my credit card on USD 75.00! I canceled other reservations too and there was no problem at all. Now I need to try some help with Booking.com and my credit card company to get...

My friends and I arrived at this hostel after 4 days of trekking in Torres del Paine, and it was a great place for us to relax. Firstly, the location is great, with several restaurants nearby and the museum right across the street. It's about a 20-minute ride from the airport, and the staff were nice enough to arrange an...

We are confused as to why this hostel has such great reviews .. It was pretty terrible. For example; the bathrooms were pretty dirty, often without toilet roll and soap, the kitchen smelt, it was the first hostel I've stayed in in South America NOT to provide breakfast, the woman who owns it is pretty useless; e.g. When we asked...

A friend and I stayed here on a backpacking trip in November. It's a fine hostal for what it is, (cheap and nobody will bother you) but don't go in expecting comfort or convenience. The rooms are tiny and accommodations are non-existent, with the exception of a pretty good bathroom. The hostal is relatively clean, the guests were surly and...
