We stayed here twice, on the way up and back from Torres del Paine. The hotel is only 2 blocks from the bus station, which is very convenient. The rooms are OK, but the ones with twin beds don't have space enough to open more than one suitcase. The bathrooms in both rooms had faucets that were very tricky, often...

Very comfortable, well lit, spacious and modern rooms in a mid sized family run hotel. Great breakfasts. Taxi to airport is 9000 CLP. Reception staff always there to help. Just a few blocks walk from central town square.

This hotel provides atmosphere and comfort. Unlike chains, one feels like they are in Punta Arenas Chile. Rooms were comfortable, service at the desk friendly and helpful (despite my very limited Spanish) and the bar makes a mean pisco sour.

We had a very spacious room, the hotel staff was nice and it is located close to numerous restaurants. The restaurant in the hotel was also very good and the breakfast was great. They have private parking and good wifi, as well as a welcome cocktail.

Excellent hotel. Stayed for 1 night before transfer to TDP. Clean rooms, nice staff. They are happy to answer any questions you have. Most speak english, even those that don't are trying to be understood. Small restaurant with everything you need including Chilean wines. Breakfast is good.

We stayed only one night, but the room was excellent and the breakfast was good. The staff were also very courteous and helpful. It's centrally located, but Punta Arenas is a small place and location was not a prime consideration for us.
