Nobody will make you feel at home like Isla Morena owner Claudio. A local man, he is friendly and knowledgeable with the most interesting tales to recite. Such a nice warm and welcoming place to stay with a log fire, kitchen for guests. Rooms have en suite bathrooms, flat screen TVs with DVD players and Claudio has a library of... More

We spent a really lovely 3 nights here. Rooms are big with private bathroom and there is a Big flatscreen TV and dvd player in each room (great for when you get back from trekking TDP and want to chill and unwind for a few days). Claudio the owner is a legend! He is so lovely and made us feel... More

Although it doesn't seem very popular, it is actually a nice place. Yes, the walls are thin, but - the rooms are big and comfortable, the showers are renovated (it takes 2-3 minutes to have hot water), the breakfast has a bit more variety than other places, and the price - Cheap (half than other places !). Also, you have... More

We went to this place on the strength of some of the reviews on here. Our experience was somewhat different from what others have said. First the there was nobody here who spoke English, we Know the owners were away so possible it would be OK for others assuming the owners spoke English . Others say this in more than... More

This was a really nice hostel! Our room was more like a hotel room than a hostel, with private bathroom and enclosed shower. Breakfast was average for Patagonia - did include oats and yoghurt though. It has a very well stocked library of books and DVDs, and the rooms have DVD players. The only drawback is that the walls are... More

Here, all the family welcomes you, gives you advices and prepares everything to have a good stay. As a plus they speak english. The room was clean but a little bit noisy in beginning of the corridor. You can take your breakfast very early and it is good to start the day. The hostal is well located in the city.... More

Absolutely recommended. The place makes you feel like home. Great music, a huge collection of books and dvd movies, plus the owner, Claudio, is an awesome guy. If you are coming to Torres del Paine National Park this is the place to settle in.

We stayed here one night in February 2014 at the last minute. We had exited Torres del Paine one night earlier than we had anticipated. This hostel was able to give us their last room with two twin beds. Nice bathroom. Okay breakfast, comfortable dining area. A bit more expensive than our regular place, but for a last minute fit... Although this is advertised and called a "Hostel" it is not a backpackers hostel, it is a nice B+B with good sized rooms (doubles/triples) all with individual en-suite private bathrooms. The rooms are well kept and clean, but the wardrobes are tired and need replacing. The showers are wonderful and powerful, and there were 2 nice hot radiators which we... More
