Clean, well maintained; modest with simple modern furnishings. Rooms perfect for solo-couples. Terrific location middle of town (no noise).Took me 15min to walk to hotel from bus terminal. Restaurant on site. Definitely would stay here again. Would give 5 stars if had more info on site about the area- but that info is freely available around town. Staff spoke English.

It spears in booking.com as hotel however the sigh on the hotel front says " a lodge" and as such the price we paid (as hotel)is high. The rooms and the bathroom are small and there is no room for w suitcases. However, the public rooms and the stuff are nice. Had it had been cheaper we could say Ok...

We had a really wonderful experience staying at this hotel. My husband and I stayed for two nights before leaving for a 5 day backpacking trip. We stored smaller luggage at the hotel and were happy to return for one more night after the trek. The staff was very helpful and caring (especially the woman from South Africa, wish we...

Pros: • Small, but comfortable room • Free Wi-Fi (not great, but to be expected and this small remote town) • Good breakfast • Helpful staff. Woman at the front desk went above and beyond to help me track down my luggage that went missing on the flight into Puerto Natales. Cons: • Not very close to the bus terminal. Grab...

Chose Aquaterra based on the other reviews and couldn't be more pleased with the rooms and the service. Small, quaint rooms but has just what you need. The entire staff was so helpful, we stayed here on the front and back end of our trek in the park. We left our bags with them during our 6 days hiking. Returning...

The hotel has a fantastic location. All the different staff working at the front desk were wonderful. Sergio is so friendly and assisted us with making the room a more comfortable temperature by adjusting the main heating unit for us. Would stay here again!

We stayed here for 3 nights -- rooms are small but very comfortable. There are tables downstairs where they serve a complimentary breakfast as well as lunch and dinner, and there are a couple of common rooms (one upstairs, one down) with sofas for relaxing. Food is basic but good and comes in generous portions. Staff is super-helpful and friendly....

We stayed here two nights, one on either end of our time in Torres del Paine. The hotel is cute -- it has a nice lounge area downstairs with a little bar for snacks. The breakfast is served down there and is pretty good. The rooms are nice, although where we stayed on our first night (room 9) was incredibly...

Nice rooms. Great Common rooms downstairs. Very helpful staff. We even got a welcome cocktail. This place is very close to everything downtown, but unfortunately about a mile away from the bus station.

“Room # 1 has a cute living room type area right outside the door. I don't think it's for the exclusive use of that room, but it was very handy for packing our bags before the trek.”
