We stayed in the hostel for two nights: One time before our trek in Torres del Paine and one time after. The rooms were clean and we had a good breakfast. However we did not like the atmosphere set up by our host. He was unsympathetic and unwilling to provide us with basic information such as where to buy grocery...

We did not have a good experience here. I knew it was going to be fairly simple, but I had been led to believe by other reviewers that staff were very friendly and helpful, so we opted for it. I am seriously wondering whether all the reviews for this hostel are genuine. On the first evening we discussed timings for...

The instalations were ok and the environment was quite warm, what is good. But, the walls are very thin, so you can hear noises and people talking from other rooms. Don't count on breakfast. It was very poor, with only tea and dried fruits... Also, the owner was not very attentious and he forgot to set the table for the...

A nice small hostel with friendly and helpful host. She recommended a few restaurants around the area for us. We went to two of them and they were excellent. She was also happy to answer questions. The room was very warm and comfortable. One thing that could be improved is that I found the wall to be too thin. We...

Jacqueline was very welcoming and made sure I was comfortable while giving me my own space. Shower had excellent water temp/pressure. Breakfast (served at 6:30 to allow for enough time to catch the TdP shuttle) was Amazing - homemade bread, eggs, all sorts of spreads, yogurt fresh fruit ham and cheese. Overall very pleasant stay.

I just stayed for one night, but enjoyed my time from start to finish. The place is small with just 4 rooms, but had everything you need. I had the twin non ensuite, but had super views over the lake. All the staff were super friendly. The large communal table downstairs is great. Breakfast was perfect; lots of food and...

Very comfy and inviting hostal. The atmosphere is very relaxed and down to earth. The owner is also very sweet, helpful and offers a few services, including laundry. The breakfast and coffee were outstanding! Owner makes her own bread and preserves which adds a special touch! Merci beaucoup Jacqueline! We really enjoyed our stay!

What a great little place. It honestly feels like you're staying at a friend's home as opposed to a B&B. Jaqueline is amazing, very friendly and happy to help. We didn't have a return reservation with her after we got back from doing Torres Del Paine, but she still allowed us to store our excess luggage there and gave us...

Small rooms but were very clean. Excellent breakfast (freshly baked bread, coffee machine). Very nice and helpful staff. Good location - close to the city center and everything you need. Great value for money!

Cozy, clean, modern, perfect breakfast (with an excellent coffe maker) and the host, Pablo, is a really great guy. On arrival we needed to buy bustickets at the central terminal and since we were tired I asked Pablo if he could call a taxi for me... Instead, he got his car keys, took me to the terminal, showed me the...
