We stayed here for one night after our w trek. The girl who checked us in was chatting with here friend while checking us in. A bit rude. The rooms and total atmosphere of the hotel is very nice and the bed is good. Shower takes a long time to heat and water pressure is very low. In the morning...

A great place to stay. Beautiful decor (very artistic), clean and friendly. Fabulous views from room. We had bunk beds - very comfortable - lovely pillows. Communal lounge area is relaxed with good wifi. Wished we'd had more time to stay longer. Breakfast was a bit basic. Other than that, it was perfect.

My wife and I spent a night at Kau after hiking in Torres Del Paine. The room had a spectacular view of the water and the mountains beyond. The room was simply decorated with a Patagonian chic twist. The super comfortable bed had cozy wool blankets and fluffy pillows. The bath products were high end and in keeping with the...

We stayed here for two nights before and after our W Trek. The hotel is located right on the waters edge and our rooms had fabulous views looking across the Fiord to the snow capped mountains. The rooms had a cool rustic style, great espresso coffee downstairs and a great price and close to the city centre.

Very nice and clean hotel with nice atmosphere and best coffe in whole Puerto Natales. Modern looking rooms and well designed bathrooms, Lot of space for parking a car outside. Breakfast could be little bigger but surely it was healthy. Good place for stay.

Great place to stay, great people. Being in the area many times before but first time in Kau Lodge. Accommodations, atmosphere and View from the rooms much better than much more expensive hotels in the area. Will return without doubts

Kau lodge was warm and incredibly clean. Showers were hot and the bed was comfortable. Stayed two nights to bookend a hike, and this place did not disappoint. The drip coffee is also superb after a month of drinking Nescafe in hostels.

Although it doesn't look it from the outside, the Kau Lodge is an excellent place to stay, with greatly designed rooms and common spaces, with incredibly comfy beds, quality towels and linen, breathtaking views, spacious rooms and close to the town centre. Breakfast was disappointing every morning, and extremely random (some people got eggs, some not, some got cheese and...

Kudos to their interior designer! The place looks and feels like a luxury Swedish lodge, it has a fireplace, delicious hot chocolate and smiling staff. They could slightly improve their breakfast but I totally recommend the place ;)
