Appears to be a re-modeled hostel. Rooms are quite cramped; one with 2 twin beds does not have space to open your luggage. Breakfast choices are limited. Staff are pleasant and try their best to accommodate you.

We stayed there for 2 nights in march. This is a hotel that looks good from outside, it's well decorated but it's absolutely PATHETIC. The rooms were tiny. I've never in my life had such a small room, were there was barely space for 1 bag. The toilet seat was broken...it wouldn't stay up, so for a man it was...

This hotel was modern, clean, with excellent wi-fi and a breakfast that was loaded with fruit, exactly what we had been missing. We stayed there on the way in and out of the National Parks and had great experiences both times.

It is recommended that you pre-book your transport from Punta Arenas airport to Puerto Natales with one of the bus companies (I used Buses Fernandez but there are several and they all charge the same) to ensure you have a seat. All buses now arrive at the new central bus station in Puerto Natales. Stayed here 4 nights. Check-in was...

We stayed at this hotel as part of a group tour of Chilean Patagonia. The rooms were pleasantly bright (big windows that could even be opened to allow fresh air!), well-appointed with comfortable beds, a desk, a refrigerator. The bathroom has everything you need including a towel-warmer. There's even a spa on the third floor (warm pool, a deck, views...

This place has a funky modern architecture. The room was fine and so was the breakfast. But the staff were quite impersonal. Maybe this isn't entirely surprising given that it is a hotel and not a B&B, but it took away from the whole experience. Not sure why anyone would return, can't say that there was anything special about it.

I'm not sure how people gave this hotel such great reviews (and am a bit bummed I booked based on them). The staff was just ok, they were pleasant but wasn't blown away. Front of the hotel looks run down, the hallways are nice but the rooms are very very small - not something you want if we're laying out...

As part of a group tour to Patagonia, we spent two nights here while we visited Torres del Paine. Although the rooms were small and the bathroom very compact with a walk in shower, it was nicely decorated and very modern with comfortable beds. There was no mirror in the room, which seemed to be a common theme in the...

We travelled to Puerto Natales for a five night stay as our family was participating in the Patagonian International Marathon. The accommodations were excellent. As the hotel was not very busy they gave us a complimentary upgrade to a junior suite which was most appreciated. The suite had a separate sitting room and the bathroom had a good sized jacuzzi...

The hotel is a modern, beautiful hotel. Anything or everything you need the staff will do their best to provide and always with a smile. The location is great, just a couple of blocks away from the town plaza. So if planning on going to "the end of the world", Natalino hotel is the place. Cynthia Zarate
