This is my first entry ever, however I think they deserve it. Stayed at the hostel two nights before I went to Torres del Paine and three more nights when I came back. They were super helpful with arranging flights, ferries... did some phone calls for me. When I arrived there yesterday, the hostel was fully booked. Unfortunately I did...

Staff - Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. I am not the easiest guest and need lots of questions answered, but time and time again they helped me perfectly. Rooms - Stayed in a private two bedrrom. Clean, nice, great bathroom, lots of closet space. The beds were small, but I was so tired I didn't need to move anyway. Amenities - Great...

I was a little nervous staying at a hostel in a backpacker's paradise, so I decided to book a private room/bathroom for my husband and I at the Singing Lamb before we went into the Torres del Paine park. I was BLOWN AWAY by this place, - super clean, friendly staff and wonderful amenities. I would 110% recommend this place...

New building, clean, everything works, nice friendly kitchen. Breakfast! I have not had a better breakfast in any of the US motels. Good Internet connectivity. Pay in USD no tax, convenient. A perfect base to explore TdP area. Book by email, pay at arrival. 15 min walk from bus terminal. It's amazing such a place exists. A million times better...

I couldn't have asked for a better situation. A couple days before my arrival I touch base via whatsapp and inform of my arrival which ultimately got postponed for a week and a half.. I was given great assistance both electronically and in person upon my arrival. It goes without saying the staff is extremely helpful. By far this is...

You cannot beat the Singing Lamb if you are looking for a friendly vibe, excellent accommodations, and the absolute best staff. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Puerto Natales, especially if you want to book tours or get help planning your stay in Torres Del Paine. Oscar, who responds to the emails, was so helpful. I would have been...

I stayed in the dorm rooms for $22 US once before and once after doing the W at Torres de Paine National Park. Everything is very clean, especially the bathroom/shower area. The water is hot and the pressure is high. What more can you ask for? They also have lockers you can store stuff in for $1 US a day...
