Close to everything in town. The staff were so friendly, I felt welcome in this small but very clean and comfortable hotel. Very accommodating when I was injured offering to bring me breakfast in bed!

Good price, but insist on hygiene or be prepared to many trips to the dermatologist for those fungal infections. My toilet had floating residues of excrements from the previous guest, as well as hair on the floor and sink. Cardboard walls: not only you can hear your neighbours, you can feel them too. I know other people were happy with...

Hotel has an attractive cost benefit. Friendly staff, good shower and comfortable bed. It isn't a fancy place, but if you are looking a place to rest after a long day in the park and good price its a good option. Its well located close by restaurants. City has fancier places of you prefer

Clean and tidy, decent location for accessing the town centre and on street parking. Carmen, who runs the place, is very pleasant and helpful and although the other staff are friendly, they seemed to be more intent on playing with their mobile phones and chatting, rather than seeing to guests. No great problem as they were okay when you gave...

Daphne at the front desk was very helpful and easy to communicate with before and during my stay. She helped me arrange bus tickets to Torres del Paine, and also called taxis for us and stored luggage for us during our Trek in the park. The room was basic but comfortable, especially after a long hiking trip. I would recommend...

Booking.com has it listed as a hotel but it is more of a hostel. Staff is nice and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with freshly baked cakes. But the front door is always locked and guests are not given a key so there are times when I had to wait in the cold for someone to come to the door. The...

Looks ok from the front with the restaurant bar but move into the corridors behind and it is pokey and creaky and run down. There are better options. It is definitely not worth 3*. Nearby are the main plaza, all facilities and choices of tourist offices. But it is about 10 blocks from the bus station (only 1300 cp).

Stayed here one night. Check-in was quick. We had room #13 with the sticky door! Central heating. Comfortable bed, shelving for luggage. Rain shower was the best in our 2.5 months of travelling around South America... once I'd figured out how to use it. The hot water needs time to recover between showers. Good wifi. TV in room even had...

We stayed at the Milodon after trawling the streets in the ice after arriving in the Navimag Ferry. In winter it seems that Puerto Natales just closes for winter but the Milodon was a fantastic find. The rooms are warm and cosy, more of a modern hotel than a hostel with a fantastic shower and good wifi. The staff were...

My husband and I did not stay at this hostel, but we stop at their cafe for tea, coffee, crepes, a fruit drink and dessert. The cafe is very nice and quaint. The service was very good, as well as the food.
