We had a fantastic 4 days this February in Puerto Natales thanks in large part to Rodrigo at Keoken.Even before we had arrived he had bought bus tickets for us from Punta Arenas airport(2 and a half hour journey) as well as arranging the boat trip to the Balmaceda/Serrano glaciers(excellent trip -good value for money including a substantial meal on...

We stayed for 2 nights in a very comfortable and well furnished room, that was very clean and well presented. We had views of the lake and there are also views of the lake from the guest sitting room. The owners, Rodriguez and his family, are outstanding hosts, with good Engilish and very helpful; WIFI was good and breakfast superb

We stayed in the Keoken after our W-trek in Torres del Paine. This B&B was everything we expected, based on their website and the previous reviews on Tripadvisor. What you see is what you get! Very friendly people, nice rooms, decent bath rooms (a bit small but big enough), a lot of choice in the morning for the breakfast, etc......

I stayed here for one night this week with my husband and small baby. I found the rooms clean, spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom was a little small but sufficient. Rodrigo and Gloria were excellent hosts. We are really thankful to rodrigo for organizing our trip to calafate at the last moment and also for sending my baby's bottle...

Like many travelers to Puerto Natales, we needed a place to stay after we got off the bus from Calafate and before we departed for Torres del Paine. This time also involved dealing with a number of logistics such as renting a car, purchasing return bus tickets, and buying food and maps. Keoken is an excellent place to stay primarily...

A great b&b with clean rooms, comfortable beds and a good breakfast in the morning. Whilst it may not be the most central hotel in Puerto Natales, the town itself is very small so everything is with walking distance anyway. The owner is very helpful and friendly, and provided us with a packed lunch for the next day at a...

Our host could not have been more welcoming and helpful. Great location, walking distance to town. Great base for Torres del Paine. Very clean, comfortable and excelent breakfast. Rodrigo helped us with our 3 nights in the park. We left our luggage with him while gone and he did our laundry when we returned. Organized all our buses and pickups....

Lovely rooms (and the friendly - if slow! - owner gave us two doubles instead of the triple we had booked, for the same price), good location, strongly recommended. Note that wifi wasn't working the first evening, which wasn't very convenient.
