Convenient location, quiet, good breakfast. Best however was the service and help offered by all staff, in particular the front desk. At the conclusion of our stay we were left "high and dry" by our paid in advance transfer to the bus station. At the last minute the manager loaded us and our bags into his own car and drove...

A good welcome and a very pleasant hotel. We had a room in the 4th floor overlooking the town, sea and distant mountains. Nice large room with plenty of space. There is a lift on the premises. Short walk from the town centre and jetty. Breakfast whilst not varied too much was ample with plenty of choice. Staff were very...

The hotel is located within walking distance of everything in town as well as the water front. The many good restaurants, the plaza, and even the medical center are all within a few blocks. The hotel if family owned and operated, and they will do anything to make the guest happy.

If you want to rest and relax it is a very good alternative, its spacious room and central location are excellent alternative to stay in Natales. The receptionists help you in every moment to organize tours to Torres del Paine and Balmaceda Navigation

Putting the decor (and a few other room defects, like a crack in the bathroom mirror)...

Based on trip advisor reviews we would never have booked this and for good reason - for $150 per night it is grim. It was booked for us by Patagonia Australis also known as Patagonia Antarctica (see Torres del Paine review) as part of a larger $4000 trekking trip and it gave a very poor impression. PUerto Natales is blessed...

Given Puerto Natales isn't a huge town so - as with most places the location is very central (near the water and the main street). plenty of dining options around the area too. The hotel was a bit shabby but the rooms were clean, generously sized, with excellent drought-inducing showers with plenty of hot water. The staff were very sweet...
