We are a Magellanic family that created a hotel reminiscent of the traditional farmsteads of the Chilean Patagonia countryside, which are known for their simplicity and their open and comfortable spaces. We will offer you a personal service so you can relax and enjoy the spectacular scenery of Ultima Esperanza Sound.

Looking for a hotel closer to the airport to end our fantastic trip to Torres del Paine. We wanted something comfortable, quiet and restful and we found it here. This hotel is top notch on everything: service, decor, food, comfort, peace and quiet. Everything about this place is impeccable! The room was awesome with huge windows to look out on the water and the mountains. The bed was big, firm and so comfy. Fluffy pillows and a cozy blanket too. The decor of the place was perfect. Plain, simple elegant and upscale--perfectly fitting for the environment. We had dinner and breakfast here and the meal was amazing! As good or better than anyplace in town! My partner was worried about road noise, since it's fairly close to the road, but it's peaceful and so quiet here. I love this place! Everything was perfect. P.S. we have traveled all over the world and this place is at the top of the list!…

We recently enjoyed a 2 night stay at The Simple Patagonia. This small hotel is directly overlooking the water. Meals are taken in a large open room with floor to ceiling windows. The breakfast had many options including freshly prepared scrambled eggs upon request. Dinner was delicious and reasonably priced to include many wines and cocktails. The rooms all have views, heated floors, and are spacious, with simple but tasteful furnishings. The town center is a five minute drive or a 2.5 mile walk. We found transportation easy to obtain. This is a beautiful property with welcoming owners. I highly recommend!

We stayed here for one night after 4 days in the national park. The room, views, staff and food were excellent. Only small negative is it’s about 5 minutes in a taxi from town but, as it only costs $5 and taxis were plentiful, it wasn’t too much of a problem. I’d highly recommend this place.

Just returned from a 10 day stay in Patagonia and this hotel was our favorite. The staff goes above and beyond to be helpful and make you feel like at home. We had to return to Puerto Natales secondary to a flight cancellation at the end of our trip and the staff were beyond exceptional helping arrange for another nights stay and arranging our rescheduled flight the next morning. Rooms are simple , spacious, and comfortable. All have an great view of the port. We had dinner all three nights, which we thoroughly enjoyed . Would definitely stay here again on a return trip .

Simple Patagonia is simply delightful The views west from the unobstructed windows is mesmerizing The rooms are large, face west, and look onto fiords; beautiful Sunsets at 10 PM are worth grabbing your camera The breakfast are varied with fresh fruits, cereals, pastries, yogurts, and bread They offer dinner that is equally as tasteful with pastas, fish, meat offerings, salads, and dessert Simple Patagonia is owned and run my the Gallardo family: Alvaro, wife, and two sons one of whom is the chef The family could not have been kinder and accommodating The entire staff reflects the values the Gallardo family represents I highly recommend it

We were only here for 1 night but loved this hotel. Yes it's out of town, but we liked the quiet setting and you can call an Uber to go into town for a few dollars anyway. The architecture is beautiful with minimalist rooms that make the most of the sweeping lake views, and generous common areas with high ceilings and cosy seating options. The breakfast was a buffet with a wide variety of high quality ingredients. Best of all the hotel is run by a family which gives it an extra feeling of warmth and friendliness. Only one gripe: the water didn't drain properly in the shower/bath, so it took several minutes post shower to completely drain.

A beautiful welcoming space with magnificent views. Staff are welcoming and friendly. The minimalist furnished rooms are warm and inviting with large windows to take in the expansive views. The common areas are bright, light and spacious. The breakfast provisions were varied and generous. The chef prepared a lunch for our group from their pleasantly large menu which was delicious. We all thoroughly enjoyed our time in this lovely space.

Such a special place. Had the most amazing 2 nights here, the staff are so friendly and helpful, the food is amazing and the view is stunning. It was also my birthday and they went above and beyond to make it special. Don’t hesitate to book :) :) :)

This family founded and run hotel was the perfect capstone to our Patagonia adventure. Everything was perfect — the architecture, the views, the food, the cocktails, and the warm and welcoming staff (humans and resident cats!). We would definitely return!

Best hotel stay in years - and I’m in hotels 1/4 of my time. They do everything right, and it’s all very simple stuff other places get wrong. Check in and out is easy and friendly. Their lobby is a place you want to spend time in. They don’t blast pop music. They have comfy chairs with an incredible view. The rooms are great. Comfortable with great views, good shower and very clean. (They also put fans in the rooms which is a big deal for sound and comfort, and which other hotels never seem to have.) the restaurant which is in the lobby has delicious, above average dinner and breakfast. Staff is mostly bilingual and extremely friendly. Can’t say enough good things! ¡Muchas gracias!
