The Good: - Location was good, between the town and the temples, making it easy to get to either (by tuk tuk, not walking distance) - Hotel style was new, clean and gave the impression of a 4 Star hotel - Room was relatively clean with comfortable bed The Bad: - Upon closer inspection some items were worn and run...

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights as an extension after our 10 day Pandaw cruise down the Mekong from Chiang Saen. The hotel was well positioned to visit the temples of Angkor Wat and it had everything we needed. The air conditioning was efficient and it had a large electronic safe. The bathroom had a good range of...

Nice comfy hotel. Decent wifi speed (so important these days!). This must be the only hotel that doesn't want you to keep a simple souvenir like a laundry bag, with their name on it. Would have cost us USD5!

We stayed for four nights, starting with Christmas Eve, and received an early present of an upgrade to a suite. The dinner and entertainment put on for Christmas Eve were memorable, for a variety of reasons, mostly good, other than the unfortunate arrival of a swarm of crickets! We were not particularly impressed with the breakfast fruit selections, but the...

We absolutely loved staying at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, as can be expected, and they were able to arrange transfers, tours, etc no problem. The pool area is lovely and relaxing. And the restaurant is absolutely fantastic - we tried both local and western dishes, and they were both very good. Overall, I would highly recommend...

Great hotel which is well located - within 20min tuktuk to temples and 10min tuktuk to town centre We had a good large clean room (superior) Staff were always attentive and serving with a smile Breakfast had plenty of options and most importantly they kept the vegetarian serving section separate to the rest which meant that we had no concerns...

We chose this hotel because it had the family package which suited us and the location is perfect as it's between Angkor Wat and the city. The package included a tour - the guide and driver were great and accommodated our needs for the day. The hotel staff took great care of us and offered last minute babysitting services.
