Very nice low rise hotel. Rooms are airy with a big balcony. Pool area is full of greenery and long enough for laps. Overall place is stylish and well decorated. Staff is great and breakfast tasty. Only issue is that food and drinks are a bit expensive and portions on the small side.
We decided to give ourselves a little pre-Christmas treat with our new baby. I'm not going to go on about how stylish this place is or how it's expertly run. I did that the first time I stayed here. while the hotel was closed last year it's had some TLC and it looks as good as the day it opened. The staff are professional and genuinely delightful, everyone. They could not do enough for us. Maybe the menu has been pared back a little, but a necessity in these quieter times. The breakfast is as full and generous as ever. Plus the discounted room rate at the moment, borders on a scandal. Thank you everyone at Viroth's for a truly lovely stay.
We have stayed at Viroth with my family during our visit to Cambodia. The hotels location is great and safe to walk around. Staff, rooms, food and pool area is excellent. Had a very pleasant transfer from the airport with one of their antique cars which was very unique. Highly recommend this hotel.
This hotel is just perfect. The interior design is impressive with immaculate attention to details. They have incorporated the Khmer culture in the decor with refinement and sophistication. The products in the bathroom are quality, including shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion and hair gel. The bedding was very nice. The bed itself and pillows were perfect for a great night’s sleep. We absolutely loved the pool surrounded by an oasis of vegetation: romantic hanging vines, colorful leaves, subtle flowers. The poolside service was so good. They once gave us a free coconut because the one they initially brought us was too frozen, although we had not even noticed a problem with it ourselves! The staff at this hotel has to be the most kind, friendly, respectful and welcoming of any hotel I have ever visited. If this is your first visit to Cambodia, this hotel will be a wonderful first impression. They picked us up from the airport in a 1976 Rolls Royce, which was beautiful! The staff was very kind with our little 3 year old daughter. The breakfast included was very generous and good quality. Even the couch in our room was very comfortable! I also liked the fan over the divan on the balcony to make sitting outside more comfortable. This hotel pays attention to detail and really ticks all the boxes! The cocktails are excellent. The restaurant’s food is quite good. I recommend the salmon tagliatelle or the fried noodles with chicken. We also took a tour of the temples of Angkor in the Rolls Royce, which was really memorable. We have also stayed in the Sofitel in siem reap and would hands down choose Viroth’s hotel over the Sofitel again so much was Viroth’s just overall a better experience. If you book at Viroth’s, you won’t regret it! We will happily stay there again upon our next visit! …
I can say this hotel is great down to the last detail. The rooms are well appointed and nicely designed. The pool is long enough for a decent lap. The staff is friendly and well trained. Saay is a great manager and makes sure all is on track. Bross from the front desk, Vansy, and Sokha made me feel special and anticipated every need. The rooms are cleaned twice a day and kept immaculate. They do not have a buffet breakfast, but they present a large alacart menu from which you can select anything you wish. The food is high quality and fresh. I had a chocolate pastry and it was fresh and nice. A bonus for me is all the friendly cats hanging about. All very nice! This stay was really relaxing and the hotel makes you feel at home in style.
