Nice ambience and friendly staffs.
I truly enjoyed my 4 nights stay in this hotel. They provided free airport pick up and tuk tuk service for us. The manager gave us a map and showed us some of the best places we could visit during our stays. The staffs are very responsible. They tried their best to make sure my laundry has done before departing to the airport. It really saves our money on transportation though! Thus, it's highly recommended for those who want to having a peaceful ambience. I'm going to miss the cute cat named Song Kis. Hahaha

Perfect economy accommodation for Siem Riep
I was greeted by Kim, a lovely "personal assistant" who ensured I had everything I needed. She genuinely took an interest in helping me have the best stay possible. Staff was excellent with recommendations and assistance for arrangements. Courtesy tuk-tuks to town in the evening are a real plus!

Popular Residence is the perfect choice to stay in Siem Reap!
Our room was very big and clean! More over, it was our honeymoon trip and staff made us the surprise - amazing bed decoration! During our stay we had our personal assistant Khim, she was always ready to help us with any questions! Hotel provides free one way transfer from the airport by tuk tuk and also free transfer to the city center! There is a big pool in the middle of the hotel. Breakfast and dinner were very delicious. If you want to visit Angkor temples - you can book excursion directly at the hotel! I absolutely recommend Popular Residence! We had unforgettable stay at this hotel!

Best Hotel Stay Ever!
We recently stayed in this beautiful hotel in Siem Reap for 5 nights and it truly was one of the greatest hotel stays we have ever experienced. The hotel grounds and rooms are beautiful and VERY clean. The pool was lovely, the breakfast tasty, and the staff were unbelievably accommodating, genuine, kind and helpful. When we arrived, the restaurant was already closed for the night, and after Will, the operating manager let me borrow his phone to try to order food from a local restaurant that also happened to be closed, he insisted on warming us croissants and toast with jam and refused any payment. Khim, our personal assistant was truly so kind and accommodating as well. Every single staff member we came into contact with seemed so genuine and willing to help with anything we needed. Great job Popular Residence. You know how to make a person feel welcomed and take customer service to a whole new level. I would recommend this place to everyone! How did you arrange the time to meet hotel pickup for airport pickup? Where did you wait? I arrive tomorrow and emailed the hotel but have not heard confirmation. Thank you !

hi, I am travelling with my husband and 3 small children. Is the family room interconnecting, or two seperate rooms? With thanks!
Its two separate rooms but they have a huge sliding door in front of the room doors that you can close (but cant lock) to make it interconnecting. Hope this helps.

Hello there :) How far is Angkor Wat from this hotel? How much will it cost to travel to see Angkor Wat please? Will like to know if this hotel is near any popular markets? Thanks!
We had a 35 min drive 1st stop was the ticket office This is where your tour guide gets your tickets with foto ID for Angkor Wat & go from there. Tuk Tuk to town was very cheap and the usual flea markets. Happy shopping!!
