Beyond helpful staff. Sopha was the man! Fantastic pool and great food. Very clean and polished feel to it all. Gym and bar better than most hotels. Food was surprising cheap. Would recommend as a stay.

Very classic hotel with a polished wooden theme throughout the hotel. Excellent staff members, cheap food and very clean. A wait staff named Sopha went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Also an awesome pool area. The gym facilities were better than most other hotels.

This is a good hotel and the decor is very Cambodian, from the large wooden bed to the old-fashioned wooden stairway. If you want to feel really Cambodian this is the hotel to stay. Although it is not a high class hotel, the warm and old-fashioned decor will make you feel great.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Each day we have been experiencing horrible situation.Room has mouldy smell, scalding water in the bathroom with non functioning aircond. Therefore, had multiple time room change. The man at the reception counter has very bad attitude in term of talking behind our back in their own language.Breakfast option was very basic with minimal options. This hotel was okay overall but I definitely feel it is overrated. Firstly both the pool and gym areas were closed due to renovations. I then found the reception staff a little cold, they were not friendly and I felt I was bothering them when I spoke to them. They also did not have a lot of information to provide...

It's by no means a 'luxury' hotel - if you're after the glitz and glamour then look elsewhere, but we only spent 3 nights here, we needed a bed and air conditioning, and it was fine - the room was large and clean. Bed was huge and comfortable. Upon check in the power went out In the whole hotel which...

Took 3 attempts to get a half decent room due to defective safe, single beds after booking a double and no balcony after stipulating we wanted one. Rooms themselves were clean and fairly reasonable, although a bit tired. Didn't use the pool but it looked ok. There is a gym but the equipment is old and has seen better days....

It is with great disappointment that I write this review as I am aware that this is a very poor country with a need to encourage tourism to prosper. Our initial impression of the hotel was very good. Beautiful entrance, welcoming decor. Our first hiccup was communication as the English was very limited. Our bags were taken to the room via...
