The Personal was very friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean and beautiful prepared. As well the service was excellent. Within less minutes you can reach the market and nice restaurants. We enjoyed our stay. It´s a really idyllic hotel.

Without a doubt the highlight of our 2 week trip across Southeast Asia. The property as a whole is set in an extraordinary garden, where all rooms are surrounded by a lush tropical vegetation. Our bungalow was roomy and spotlessly clean, with a nice view over the restaurant. Location is ideal, just a short walking distance to the city center,...

The atmosphere of this hotel is great. However, some detailed have to be improved. For example, there are rotten vegetable and flower decorations at the center piece of the buffet serving area. Moreover, the dripping water from the roof wetted my wife's shoes. We told the front desk staff in the early morning. However, I only got an extra bath...

This place is an oasis and only a few steps away or tuk tuk ride into central SR. Rooms beautiful and cool and airy. The pool was heaven after a hot dusty day at the temples. Wifi only in reception - which was great as our teenagers actually had time off their IPhones!

We stayed in room 36, upstairs overlooking the lotus pond and the restaurant. The pool was beautiful and cool with cabanas, and you could even have a massage by the pool. The staff were the friendliest we encountered in Cambodia, so helpful and happy. The rooms had 4 poster bed, great shower and toilet and were amazing and clean. The...

We stayed here recently for the second time. And the second time was just as good as the first, if not better. As usual, the staff was top notch. The real strength of this hotel is the sense of community created by the size, layout of the property and the wonderfully engaging folks who work here. The staff is just...

We stayed for 5 nights and really enjoyed the quality of the rooms and the service at the hotel. The atmosphere of the hotel is lovely, with a large pond and water lilies around the restaurant, and creeper vines hanging off every balcony. Tiny gekkos cover the walls, but don't cause any trouble. The pool is large but unsupervised (not...

I took my son up to Siem Reap so he could see the temples. For me it was a research trip. We are American but he was born in Cambodia as was his brother. Upon arrival we were greeted with Cambodian ice tea. I became quite addicted to it during our stay. The rooms were great! If you look at...

Last week we went for a weekend to Siem Reap. I went there already 12 years ago but my girlfriend did not. When I was looking to the hotel sites, many resorts were build in 12 years. But we've both like a touch of Cambodian culture and so we've choose a waterfront room / house of this Ankor Village hotel....
