I have so many good things to say about this hotel! First the location is perfect. It's tucked away a side alley so you don't get the traffic and noise from the hustle and bustle of the city. But close enough to walk to pub street and the market. Maybe 3 blocks away. Hotel is beautiful and relaxing. Only downfall... More

Please NOTE: when you book a standard room at the resort it is actually at the hotel. They have 2x listings on trip advisor, bookings etc. We whinged until they gave us the crappiest room in the resort which was full of mosquitos. We should have said nothing coz the hotel didn't look that different to the resort. Both hotels... More

Although I already stayed with Rambutan Resort and Rambutan Phnom Penh, but my favorite one was Rambutan Hotel Siem Reap. The room I stayed had two floors and both of them were very homey and amazing!! However, I was also so in love with the little balcony in our room!! All the staffs were very nice and professional trained. I... More

Just spent a week in Siem Reap at Rambutan Hotel. Pretty much loved everything about it. Staff is delightful! Location is prefect. Tucked away on a quiet street but you can easily walk in and out of town whenever you like. The hotel serves good food if you choose to stay in. But try not to miss some of the... More

This is my kind of hotel, i just want to go back right now. Walking down the laneway after jumping out of our van from the airport, we approached this huge doorway. Upon entering we were welcomed from the loveliest staff with cool face towels & refreshing drinks with beautiful bamboo straws. It was not very long before our rooms... More

I first (and last) stayed in this hotel way back in 2008 when it was the original Golden Banana boutique hotel. Since that time on my return visits to Siem Reap I have stayed at the report and superior hotel. So coming back to the original hotel for a week was like coming home. I had forgot how beautiful this... More

I had a very nice stay in this peaceful and relaxing hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, but also nicely furnished and decorated. Each room has a private terrace with a view over the swimming pool, surrounded by blooming trees. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay at Rambutan Hotel next time I visit Siem... More

I live in Phnom Penh and wanted a few days' break in Siem Reap. The Rambuttan hotel was perfect. I called them up and the booking was straightforward. The staff were welcoming and very helpful during my stay, including arranging flights, tours and massages! Nice, comfortable room. Lovely pool and environment. Great food too!

"Paradise Found" was how I listed my Facebook posting. Was it perfect? No, the rooms are a bit worn, but the stay of six nights was overall excellent because of the location and because of the staff - most helpful and personable. Note that some of the rooms require a rather steep stair climb, but mine didn't as it was... More
