This was our second time at the Royal Angkor. The first time we stayed during our honeymoon on one of the legs of our trip. This time we returned with our 4 month old. It felt like we were at home. The staff was so helpful with our baby and everything was first class all the way. The bath tub...

I never experienced any of the "light" shown in the photos. Although the sun was out, it was dark and dreary throughout the hotel and particularly in the room -- which given other reviews must have been a low class room provided only for tour groups. The bed was unable to be slept in -- it appeared to be box...

I had a large quiet room on the third floor. The bed was huge and comfortable b ut the chairs were not western in design , the desk was low to the ground as were the various other tables with the rolled up futon shaped chairs. I found these to be a bit tricky to get up from. The bathroom...

We visited this hotel for three nights and it us beautiful. The rooms are a really good size and we were lucky enough to have a large balcony overlooking the swimming pool. The staff cannot be faulted, friendly, approachable, professional, happy and some get fits of the giggles! The swimming pool is fantastic, with elephants that spray water. Ha. We...

We stayed at this resort for one week in March and loved every minute of our visit. The staff is amazing, from the front desk clerks who were so welcoming and helpful, to the breakfast team who spoiled us every morning. Savorn would always greet us with a smile, remembered how we drink our coffee and shared lots of helpful...

We stayed at the Royal Angkor Hotel between 21 and 24 March, 2017, as part of a tour arranged by Saga Holidays in the UK. We were looking for a relaxing base for our visit to the nearby Angkor Wat complex. The hotel and it’s fantastic staff certainly delivered. We flew to Siem Reap from Da Nang in Vietnam, where...

It was a beautiful hotel and the service was outstanding. They accommodated our request to have a room with a balcony overlooking the pools area. The breakfast was outstanding. The staff were helpful at every stage.

My husband and I stayed at Royal Angkor Resort for a week for our honeymoon. We were looking for a private and quiet getaway just to unwind from the hectic city life. RAR was the perfect place for us. The resort was tranquil, peaceful and tastefully done up with Cambodian art and sculptures around the place. The staff was very...

We stayed here for three nights, principally to visit the Angor Thom and Angkor Wat temples. You need a minimum of two days to visit the temple complexes properly, especially in the heat and humidity of this part of the world. We had a nice spacious room, just a wee bit tired, but quite clean and comfortable. The aircon works...
