Wonderful hotel with great rooms and the pool was delightful. The beds are huge! Only stayed a few nights would of preferred longer. Easy to get into the town, they have guys waiting to take you in just organise and agree to a fee before you go. A general store across the road with a bank to access money.

The hotel driver was at the airport on our arrival to Siem Reap as arranged and a most welcome sight after a long days travel. We had a pool view room on the second floor with a large balcony a huge bed that was very comfortable , a very good sized bath room , shower with great water pressure and... More

Had a room on the top floor overlooking the pool. Quite a walk from the lifts. Nice sized balcony and room with a massive comfortable bed. Bathroom nice. Room generous in size and enjoyed the turndown service. Great variety for breakfast. Pool quite large but the tiles very slippery. Massage at the spa was very memorable and upmarket one of... More

We stayed with 2 kids in a connecting room for 5 nights. Checking in and out was efficient and flawless, perhaps due to the low season. The guest relations Ms Savery was very polite and attended to all our questions, she stepped out from behind her counter to send us off when she saw us leaving on the final day.... More

This is an excellent hotel. The complementary airport pickup was there when we landed, the driver friendly, check in was quick and uneventful, and the staff were always helpful and friendly. The only negative is that the hotel has some areas that could be freshened, and the room styles (particularly the bathrooms), could use updating. They were always clean, and... More

My wife & I stayed for 4 nights in May 2014 and we both wish we had booked for another 4. Every moment of our stay at this hotel was wonderful: from the warm, genuine welcome on arrival to the daily breakfast, to the beautiful pool area, to the spacious and well appointed room, to the well equipped and large... Amazing value for the money. Pool is huge. What we loved was the free sauna, steam, and hot /cold pools. The stream sauna was the best I've ever been in, so strong with this amazing smell from the wood / scented bowl inside. Get the pool view, we originally had a "city view" which faced a parking lot. Pay the... More

The rooms with a balcony overlooking the pool are spacious. The so called "hollywood" beds are bigger than a King bed. The breakfast buffet offers substantial choices. The hotel has spacious grounds and is located at the crossroad between the road from the airport and the road going towards pub street. So for me, the location is exclusive and far... More

Very understanding staff, and excellent customer service. Our airline company rebooked our flights without notifying us. We found out a couple of days before the trip while checking for everything. Sokha was very understanding and rebooked our rooms free of charge! We were very pleased that they agreed. The room was huge and very clean. We loved the pool area.... More
