we stayed at the new wing. nice rooms. great service. the hotel has a swimming pool and is decorated very nicely - opposed to the poor cambodian vicinity. you could think you are in thailand.. the hotel is very busy because it is close to ANGKOR TEMPLES this is also the reason that breakfast is almost nightmare: one has to...

This was clean, comfortable, the rooms are spacious and the staff friendly and accommodating. It is located between the airport and the centre of Siem Reap so you will need a tuk tuk to get around, but they are constantly available outside of the hotel. I would recommend getting down to breakfast early as there were large parties of Chinese...

The rooms are beautiful decorated with timber and the beds are firm and comfortable, there is no outside noise of a night. Like many Asian hotels the bathrooms let it down, in this case the bathroom door was swollen and therefore would not close, the bathroom floor was very slippery and the water from the shower did not drain away...

The hotel seem quite popular because I see a lot of tour buses. The room is quite big. Bed is comfortable. Overall, it was quite decent. One problem was when I had a blackout in my room like about 5 am. The aircon stopped working. I called the Guest Relation and explained the situation. I wasn't sure if he understand...

It's a decent hotel with a bit of local charm and good value for money. Staff are friendly and helpful. It's a big hotel and caters to big groups of tourists (mostly Chinese it appears). Rooms are big, and bathrooms are nice and modern. Furniture is simple and nice, and not overbearing. Breakfast could be better. Items (particularly pastries) could...
