    Great hotel in terrific location. Rooms, staff, spa, restaurant were all excellent. Great value, highly recommend you consider staying here. The tour packages offered were well organised and professional. The staff were always courteous and helpful and obviously very well trained.

    Hi there. The hotel has some first floor rooms but they don't face the pool. We would recommend ground floor rooms facing the pool. Hope this helps.
