Entrance to room was a small garden, followed by the room itself. Good size, beautifully decorated (greys, whites, blacks, very easy on the eye). Very quiet. Espresso coffee machine in room. Not used, but nice touch. Drinks in minibar included. Welcomed by hotel manager with lots of information and help. Close to town, plenty of restaurants within easy distance, though...

What set this wonderful boutique hotel apart was the service, which was SUPERB! This hotel had an attractive, contemporary flair with comfortable rooms and enormous rain showers, but it will be the service I will be talking about for years to come. From the jasmine scented towels, sparkling wine and bouquet of magnificent lotus flowers at check in, to the...

We stayed at Shinta Mani in January for the start of our honeymoon. From the jasmine-scented towels to the acknowledgement of our honeymoon to the amazing team of employees, Shinta Mani went above and beyond our expectations in every way possible. The service was simply some of the best we've ever experienced in the world. The food at the Club...

The staff are wonderful at Shinta Mani. They are genuinely caring and attentive. The hotel is beautiful and the services and amenities are outstanding. We will return to Siem Reap just to enjoy the Shinta Mani Club hospitality. Cambodians are beautiful people and visiting Cambodia for the first time has been a wonderful experience. The Shinta Mani was the icing...

The Shinta Mani club is a modern hotel with sumptuous but tasteful and exotic decor (look out for the tiny tropical fish in the pond by the walkway to the restaurant), an amazing pool, excellent restaurant with superb breakfasts, and reassuring privacy in its ambiance (children tend to stay in the Resort with its larger outside pool), so that "Club"...

Other reviews were right. The rooms are really nice and the restaurant quite good. The public areas are very attractive. But...the really special aspect of the place is the service. All staff is incredibly nice. You can't take more than two steps without a smile and an offer to help - maybe an offer of a bottle of water or...

Hard to believe the reviews below but they are for real. Just spent 3 nights at the Shinta Mani club with my wife after coming from Metropole in Hanoi. Extremely attentive staff who supply you with water and cold towels without needing to ask. Extremely comfortable room with a great rain shower. Fantastic restaurant with amazing breakfast included. The pool...

I stayed here 3 nights in January and had an excellent stay. The service is outstanding and the staff is welcoming and friendly. I stayed here with my 2 daughters so I had a room with 3 twin beds. The room was very modern and clean, although pretty narrow. The bathroom was spacious with a large walk in shower. The...

I signed up for TripAdvisor just so I could review the Shinta Mani Club. I travel a lot, and it's rare that I am this blown away. Shinta Mani Club is very nice, but the service is what sets it apart. The attention to detail is incredible: fresh juice and cool towels when you return each day, free shoe cleaning...

I may be tempted to visit Siem Reap again not for the temples but for Shinta Mani club. The decor, food, service etc were all top notch but what made all the difference was the hospitality that was shown to us from the day we arrived to the day we left. Special mention to Sophear who made special arrangements for...
