Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

My experience exceeded my expectations! It's a lovely small hotel, set in a garden setting with a pool. The rooms are spacious with modern features (safe, rain shower, AC etc) without detracting from the colonial charm. The staff were outstanding and worked very hard to make my stay enjoyable. They organized for me a private tour of the temples, a cooking class at Country cooking Class ( a not for profit organization that supports an orphanage), trips to town, massages etc. The food and included breakfast were very good. I would highly recommend this hotel and would love to go back!

What a great boutique hotel! Nice spacious rooms, lovely pool, chef prepares delicious food and let’s not forget the front desk. There is a lady which is a true gem, Vannarath. Trips, tuk tuk, SIM cards all arranged so smoothly and always with a smile. Thank you for your hospitality Vannarath ❤️ Pavilion Indochina a lovely green, clean and peaceful haven close to the beautifull temples of Siem Reap. Strongly recommended. We will be back!

The guests here (and elsewhere in Siem Reap) all seem to be there for Angkor Wat. Hotel is well situated. Modest room but lovely pool area and outdoor dining. Staff very attentive and helpful. Had a wonderful massage. Lovely sweet resident cats to boot!

Great hotel room was very spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly and always happy to help, they even heated and plated up some food we brought back after ordering to much on a night out! Good in the hotel was also nice and not expensive. Tuktuk was always available outside the hotel to take you into the town centre for only $2 and they always arranged to come back and pick us up

Cambodia was a decision we made to add on to Thailand and Vietnam, thank goodness we did!!! It was the absolute best part of it all. And our stay at Pavillon Indochine made it extra special. The manager, Nara and her husband went above and beyond. They were kind and gracious. For me, the people are what makes a trip extraordinary and they are the reasons I’m giving this five stars!! Can’t wait to go back!

Truly fantastic experience. Perfect location, outside the artificial city centre and near the botanical gardens and the Wat's. Unbelievaly friendly and useful staff. The room was spacious and clean and the price included a tasty breakfast.

The place is lovely, from the grounds to the room, the bed, the bathroom, the food... it is all beautiful. The location was just as I hoped too, out of town and close to the temple area. The absolute best part of our stay here was the host, Narath. From arranging the provision of mountain bikes, electric scooters, elephant trips, she is a wonder and gave us the perfect time - so so helpful, friendly and kind... a very special person. Highly highly recommended place to stay.

We stayed at the hotel in June as the location is great for the temples. It was the wonderful staff who really made our stay special. The hotel manager Narath was so knowledgeable not only about Siem Reap but Cambodia in general. She has excellent English and was able to arrange for our forward travel. The food was delicious and you could see the pride the staff had to ensure our enjoyment. Mr Song the hotel Tuk Tuk driver was totally brilliant driving us around the temples and out to dinner in the evening. We also enjoyed the kittens company by the beautiful, cool pool. Thank you to all the team especially Narath who was the nicest and most knowledgeable person we have met during our Cambodia holiday.

I stayed here for two weeks in December 2021. The hospitality was outstanding - friendly and professional. It's a great location hotel - close to town and also to the famous temples of Angkor Wat. I can't recommend this hotel enough. I loved every minute of my stay.

I stayed here on Business between Oct & Dec 2020. Throughout, my stays, the experience was exceptional. The staff were fantastic and Adrian (the owner) was attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we had a good stay. Very clean, with great food and only a 10 min tuk-tuk trip to the centre, made for this most enjoyable stay.
