Stayed on the Privilege Floor and was blown away by the quality of service provided. Upon arrival at the airport, we were picked up by our driver and Judy and taken to the hotel. Judy took us straight to our spacious and well appointed room and we spent 6 night enjoying 5 star service, devious cocktails and food as well...

This resort has staff who are eager to please. Many are English speaking. The lobby is a beautifully appointed two story with dramatic hanging sculptures and water pools. Rooms are painted white with dark wood floors and furniture. Bathrooms are spacious with both a shower and a large claw footed bathroom. Pool is in the center with a bar and...

Lovely hotel, easy access to city. 5mins in a tuk tuk $3. Rooms well equipped, water added daily. Nice bar and restaurant areas. Clean pool. Couldn't fault it. My first experience of Cambodian hospitality and I really enjoyed it, I hope to visit again.

This resort was a refreshing experience. The staff are very attentive, particularly Alex, Py, and Rayov. The manager, Sony, personally came to greet us. There was an extensive drink menu, which we took advantage of. Not to mention, what a view! The friendly service mixed with the relaxing atmosphere added to an already wonderful vacation.

We arrived at this hotel after staying at its sister hotel (Lotus Blanc), and our expectations based on this were high. The hotel entrance is impressive, and our room was also very large with a fantastic bathroom. It was fairly clean in most areas, but the large wooden furniture was very dusty. The location is out of town, but this...
