I spent four nights here while visiting the temples. The room was bright airy and clean, the service was quietly attentive ( i can't remember opening any other door than the one to my room!). The pool area was clean and well served by bar waiters. There was also a great buffet breakfast in offer alongside an egg station, they...

Overall the hotel was much better than we expected, we upgrade to a suite which was the same as a normal room but bigger with a chair and table. The room was clean, cool and comfortable. The pool area was good. The staff were all very friendly and helpful especially Tyson. The rooftop bar restaurant was great, the food was...

Friendly attentive staff. Hotel is not new but it is in excellent condition. Good value. Nicely decorated large rooms. Decor is high end Cambodian - not typical modern hotel look. Included breakfast had a good selection including lots of fresh fruit.

They call it 4-star. Not sure it is that level, but looking at the tariff, the facilities are great! Staff is friendly, but many of them are raw talent giggling for nothing & taking a dig at the guests thinking it is funny. Definitely, not offensive! Some training required. Service quality is pretty good & promptness is appreciable indeed! I...

This is a great hotel for visiting Siam Reap and is in an absolute great location for walking around the old market and making your way to the pub street for dinner (5 minute walk) and people watching. The staff is SOOOOO nice and always saying hello and asking how your day is/was. They have two pools just in case...

We stayed here for 4 nights and the hotel served us well - large clean rooms and decent breakfasts. Rooms are a little dated but more than adequate for a short stay. We had two rooms on different floors and on opposite sides of the hotel and they were both quiet. The two pools were great and refreshing after a...

We booked the hotel based on the high ratings (>8/10) on several websites. A booking comes with buffet breakfast each day, and airport transfer both ways. Usual amenities apply: Wi-Fi, welcome drink (and refreshingly cold face towel), toiletries (no shaver), cable TV. The airport transfer, while a unique experience in the form of a tuk tuk, came as a surprise....

I absolutely love, love, love this place. I have stayed here 10 times in the last 3 years. The rooms are very clean and the girls who clean the rooms can't do enough for you. They are so proud of their work. From the minute you walk in the door the staff go beyond and above their duty. Always happy,...

stayed 3 nights there. Hotel not big but quite decent, well maintained, good service, we booked all our site visits through the travel desk at the lobby, all good. The food quality and taste are very good in the restaurant, you can get discount voucher at the reception, with this 25% discount the price is even cheaper that the restaurant...

Rooms are spacious and paid the extra for the verandah, which was great to watch the world go by, then retreat back into the air con. Staff SO friendly - all day every day. Breakfast was varied and delicious. The hotel is apparently quite new, but has a colonial feel. The pools great when its so hot ! Highly recommend....
