The hotel has traditional style we like it. The staff was very helpfull, they took into considerations all of our request during booking. The swimming pool were excellent, with late opening time, so we could swim after the shopping too. I suggest to have breakfast in the hotel, because it is very good and not to expenziv. We enjoyed our staying in this hotel. I weas good choce for us.

Amazing & friendly staff/service. Extremely helpful with local knowledge & how much to pay for drivers etc. Perfect location, beautiful ground level pool & rooftop bar. Not too busy, great breakfast & restaurant food, both local & western cuisine. Felt clean & safe!

Top marks on all counts. Hospitality, food, comfort, pools and leisure organisation. All staff from doorman to catering staff are so genuinely warm and willing to serve, even when dealing with obnoxious guests. I have been genuinely impressed with the complete service and attention to detail. Room facilities which are well thought out; control of lights, ample sockets in the right places, good AC and sound insulation. This has been the best hotel in our 3 month travels so far. Breakfast was the icing on the cake. Apologies for the pun.Highly recommended.

We had a great time at this hotel. Located 3 minutes walk from Hard Rock and 5 minutes walk from Pub Street. There are lot of restaurants outside the hotel and the Hotel's Sky bar is very reasonably priced. A Medium size Pizza was just $8. All staff is very very polite. Housekeeping staff is wonderful. You can get yours through hotel which are very economical compared to posted. I will definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again. There is laundry at 2 minutes walk from hotel and a mini Mart across the street. A place to rent scooters across the street too and you can rent scooters for about $8-$10 per day. Nice swimming pool (I didn't use) and Spa in the hotel. Spa is very clean and process are very good. Body massage was only $15/Hour. We stayed here 5 nights. Stayed here in March 2024. You can find bunch of tuk-tuks right outside the hotel. They will take you pub street for $1 if you don't want to walk for 5 minutes. :-) Beds are nice firm, and good pillows. The only reason I have room 4 star is because I don't like the bathroom style otherwise it is a 5 too. Thank you Royal Crown.

Right now, I'm staying in this Hotel and fed up with the indifferent attitude of the staff. It is difficult to imagine nowadays but it is a fact that the Wi-Fi system of the hotel remains out of order. In the whole day, they provide only 1 Litre of water for two persons, and only two tea bags. There is no way you can get additional water, an additional tea bag or even an additional sachet of sugar. If you are a Vegetarian or a Vegan, you are doomed in this hotel. For Vegetarians and Vegans, there is not even a single option at all in their morning breakfast menu, the charges of which are clubbed in the room charges. Perhaps, they have yet to hear the words vegetarian and Vegan, or they want to thrust their food choices on their hotel guests.

I'm Korean, and I booked this accommodation based on Agoda's rating, and I understand why many guests gave it good ratings. This is an accommodation I would recommend to anyone I know, and the breakfast was really delicious. I will use it again next time.

Except the reception staff it is ok, need a fluent english speaker. It is hard to communicate with them or they are pretending not knowing language. We accidentally book 4 days instead 3, imediately contact with them to correct but they delay us until last day and refuse.
