Very nice, friendly people, the walls are thin but it was never an issue. shot tuk tuk ride to shopping and night life also close to the temples. Be sure to have mosquito replant for the evening, also always keep windows closed. Pool clean and cool.

I stayed here in December of 2014 and I find that the rooms were okay. However, I feel that the hotel itself is dated and would recommend renovation. The room I stayed in was a non-smoking room, but the room had a heavy smell of nicotine. The restaurant was poor because there was a fly floating in my chicken noodle...

Nice hotel on main drag of Siem Reap. Has nice pool surrounded by tropical vegetation. The decor of the hotel is very attractive. Room was clean and roomy but toiletries and towels were sparse. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful, but communication was a little difficult but manageable. You can take a Tuk Tuk (motorbike with carriage attached) to the...

The room was very dated and had lots of Mosquitos in the room. Several of the guests I was travelling with were also bitten during the night whilst sleeping - I had bites on my face, neck, arms and hands and woke in the night with lots of itchy hives despite 50% deet spray. A fellow traveller found a cockroach...

Not the ritz but certainly not bad. Very friendly staff, nice enough little bar and for the marathon ideal. Food wasn't great, but there are plenty of places to go in siem reap. Rooms and clean enough and showers work. Better than a hostel and great value. If you want luxury this is not the place, if you're happy to...

Arrived in Siem Reap 1 day before my biz meeting as the flights coming in were limited in timing. Hotel is clean and decent. Room size is comfortably good. I would rate this as a 3 star hotel for obvious reasons. I booked a room with included wifi and fee breakfast and I had poolside view room. Well more like...

This is just your normal 3 star hotel. Bedsheets have a kind of odour and doesnt smell fresh. And air con doesnt seem cool enough. Takes a long time to cool down the room in this summer period Aug. Also corridor is not air conditioned making the place not so comfortable.

The hotel accommodations were excellent (room, meals, conference rooms, etc.) But the best feature of Apsara Angkor Resort is the staff. I was always pleasantly greeted as I entered the breakfast room and I almost never opened a door because someone rushed to open it for me. All the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and capable. It was a wonderful...

We recently spent 10 days at the Apsara Angkor, and were very impressed with their service. 4 days were for a conference, and the rest for family vacation. The staff is very well trained, and pay attention to the needs of the guests. My daughter's sandal broke one day and one of the wait staff noticed and took it to...

“All of the rooms that I saw were excellent. During a preparation visit in September 2013, I stayed in a regular room overlooking the pool, which was very comfortable and quiet. During the conference I used one of the two high-end Apsara Suites (normally used by the likes of H.E. Sok An, the Deputy Prime Minister). It was luxurious, and had all the office and sitting-room facilities I needed while running a large international meeting. The Apsara suites are on the side of the hotel facing the main road, but I was never disturbed by noise.”
