I had a conference meeting in February 2015 and spent three nights. It is very nice hotel with good gymnasium and swimming pool. It is also good for leisurely although I was on business. Complimentary breakfast was very good with a lot of choices. Internet was fast in my room. It was very clean and the staffs are friendly. It...

The rooms and hotel are comfortable and staff are friendly and hospitable. There is an older atmosphere and the hotel is a tad gloomy but generally feels fresh and the grounds do have some luxuriant greenery

Aged hotel. Rooms are rather dark, but large and with all the normal amenities. There's a swimming pool, though it looks old too. Breakfast is extensive but rather poor in quality and taste. This hotel is geared for conferences. You'll see the characteristic multi-national NGO people carrying their characteristic Cambodian-pattern bags every day throughout the hotel - during breakfast, lunch,...

First of all, service is courteous and friendly. However, the amenities are dated and in need of some massive renovations to bring this resort back to its former glory. For example, the air-conditioner in our room was devoid of temperature and fan speed control; it's either freezing cold or no a/c at all. Toilet seat was cracked and yet wasn't...

This hotel looks decent and classic with Apsara everywhere. The staff are polite and friendly. The room is spacious and clean. Necessary toiletries are available in the bathroom with warm water. I didnt get the pool view room, but the pool and garden is clean and beautiful. The breakfast is so-so, nothing surprise. The free wifi only accessible in lobby...

This is my very first time to visit Cambodia. My first impression for this city is its very hot weather. I was picked up by the hotel because I'm going to have an ASEAN meeting for the next three days. The hotel has a classic theme and very looks as a Cambodian Hotel. The ornament, the decoration is quite nice....

Stayed here on a one night trip back from Battambang to the US. Hotel is conveniently located near airport, yet is still a close enough ride to town. It's on the main drag, so not very scenic or boutique-style, which we prefer. It's more of a large tour-bus or conference type place, with lots of international travelers. Front desk is...

We are traveling with a large group of tour to visit Angkor Wat and Angkor Thom. The hotel presents great environment and pleasant view which are quite remarkable. However, further maintenance of room facilities is needed. For example, the sewage system of bathtub and sink are not quite efficient. Also, the air conditioning are not working probably and makes us...

I did not stay at theApsara Angkor Resort & Conference, but did attend a 5-day international conference at the hotel. The conference facility and surrounding grounds are excellent. The conference was supported by friendly and very helpful staff. Luch was provided each day in the lobby restaurant and I found the food and variety to be excellent. On the last...

“All of the rooms that I saw were excellent. During a preparation visit in September 2013, I stayed in a regular room overlooking the pool, which was very comfortable and quiet. During the conference I used one of the two high-end Apsara Suites (normally used by the likes of H.E. Sok An, the Deputy Prime Minister). It was luxurious, and had all the office and sitting-room facilities I needed while running a large international meeting. The Apsara suites are on the side of the hotel facing the main road, but I was never disturbed by noise.”
