Spent 3 nights in this hotel in January 2016. Service and food 3/5, rooms 5/5, cleanliness 5/5, atmosphere 4/5, pool 2/5. Service was greatly affected by staff strike, often disregarded and ignored or simply told there wasn' t enough staff to e.g. serve drinks and food. Breakfast buffet food was overall good. Poolside small and restricted number of sun beds...

Dear justravels, Thank you for having shared your review with the Trip Advisor community. During your stay we were indeed facing social issues, leaving us with way less staff that we need to provide you the best stay, attention and service possible. We tried our best to minimize the impact of these events on our guests, but we understand that...

Good hotel, spa ok (not really what you would go to this hotel for), no gym had to use one next door, fantastic location - quick tuk tuk to all local restaurants, huge clean room (more like suite with two big areas), staff friendly and helpful if a little short staffed as felt rushed constantly around the pool. lots of...

My wife and i stayed in the Victoria angkor for 3 nights and we were impressed by the beauty of the hotel and the quality of the hospitality from the staff. During the check in we felt very well cared for by the staff and even the room manager came to welcome us with friendly smile & professional manner ....

We stayed 4 nights in this hotel in December 2015. It is a great location to visit the Angkor sites, away from the busy and noisy streets (but within walking distance) in front of a park near the residence of the king. The hotel takes us back 80 years: delightful wooden design, two 1920s Peugeot parked in front, very stylish....

Traveled with family (3 children ages 13,10,7). Good service, kids enjoyed the pool. Great massage at the spa. Rooms were good, clean. Staff friendly. Happy hour on veranda was nice. Food in restaurant was okay. Breakfast buffet was great.

Hotel overlooks a park so quite a pleasant location away from the hustle and bustle. Tuk tuk ride to Pub St with its concentration of restaurants is USD $3. Great breakfast. Walking distance to the Angkor Museum which is well worth a visit.

What a wonderful place. The colonial style architecture is lovely. Wonderful pool, everything is pleasant and stylish, but not overdone. We loved this place. Good location in front of the city park. Only the mattresses were too hard for our taste.

the interior of the hotel is old colonial looking style, but they keep it well maintained and clean. there are two old wooden elevators in the middle of the building, right after the entrance lobby which makes the hotel looks even prettier. plenty of choices available at the breakfast buffet, from european to khmer food. located nicely in front of...

Last year, we only stayed at Victoria Angkor Resort for one day for a temple tour of Angkor Wat and the surrounding temples. We adored the resort and so impressed we wanted to add a few days to our Thailand trip for 2015. We were just as amazed and absolutely love this gorgeous place and the city of Siem Reap....

We were very impressed with Victoria Hotel. Great value for money and after visiting the nearby Raffles Hotel I even thought Victoria Hotel was better. Is is a grand old hotel - nice rooms, good service, good F&B, and nice pool. Only slight downside is it is a little far to walk into the main town area - but taxis...
