Even before we flew to Cambodia, the hotel staff already started taking care of us. Rachna, a Reservation Officer at the hotel, switched from a complicated email thread to chatting on her personal LINE app account to reassure us that our driver would wait for us at the airport even though our flight landed less than an hour before 10 PM deadline for the hotel’s complimentary transportation service. As promised, the driver met us right outside the terminal and ably answered all of our questions during the short trip into town.
At the front desk we found ourselves upgraded to the Lodge Victoria Suite without even asking. We took full advantage of the rain shower stall and the tub during our stay, and really appreciated the mosquito netting over the bed. Best of all, the suite has a shaded balcony that extends along its full length. During the day we lounged there to read, and in the evening we could relax while listening to Khmer music (as well as an instrumental version of “My Heart Will Go On”) performed live at the hotel restaurant on a khim.
Beyond the room, we enjoyed the spa (which offers discounts for treatments taken before 3 PM, when most guests have gone out to see the ruins), the water feature by the lobby that housed a little Siamese crocodile and a big school of carp, the afternoon happy hour prices for wine at the poolside bar, and the old fashioned iron cage elevator.
The hotel made such a favorable impression that we went to breakfast with very high expectations, and once again the hotel surprised us with a really generous spread of options. We especially appreciated the fresh tropical fruit and juices plus the unlimited complimentary sparkling wine. Definitely pay for this at least once if you only booked a room here.
The location of the hotel minimizes the drive to the Angkor Archaeological Park and also puts the restaurants and shops of Siem Reap within easy walking distance. Although you would never know it while inside the hotel by the swimming pool, a multi-story shopping center across the street at the end of the block has a movie theater and big international franchises for coffee, ice cream, pizza, and Thai food.
All of this luxury cost a lot less than we had expected. We absolutely want to stay here again.

We had 5 nights at this well placed hotel. The staff were very pleasant . Our room overlooked the pool. It was very clean, bedding turned down in the evening, chocolates placed on the bed and there was an electric mosquito repellent supplied. The breakfast selection was very good and we had an evening meal served by the pool. This was aslo very good. There are tuk-tuks outside the hotel to take you to Ankgor Wat or into town.

We really appreciated, for an early June visit during the peak of COVID concerns, that the Victoria was among just a few hotels actually open and functioning in Siem Reap. The staff was super friendly and accommodating (one reason the hotel was open was to provide at least some employment for the otherwise large staff). The rooms were very clean and airy, and we had the beautiful pool to ourselves. The concierge very helpfully provided us with a list (which he updated during our stay) of the few open restaurants across the city. The breakfast was included, though somewhat unremarkable. The hotel is very conveniently located near the river and central parts of town.

5 mins tuk tuk to pub street and most of the tourist place.
A small shopping center in walking distance.
The heritage elevator is the highlight in this hotel however it was out of service 2 times during my 4 day stay.
I selected a pool view room and it was silence and comfortable for sleep.
The room was clean and furniture was well maintained although the hotel was opened for plenty of years. They use the local children black & white picture as decoration in the toilet it make me feel uncomfortable on first day.
The service in the hotel was excellent, we found a lizard inside our room and call the hotel for help. Their staff arrived in our room within 1 min and catch the lizard by hand to avoid hurt of the lizard. As we are scared at that time, forgot to say thank you to their staff.

Located right next to a park, in the middle of old town and the historical sites, the hotel is well located and offers good quality for the cost. The room is of French colonial style, very nice decorated. There is even champagne offered in buffet breakfast :)

An Oasis nestled in the hustle and bustle of Siem Reap. We had a great stay at the Victoria Angkor Resort & Spa! The rooms were beautiful and the service was great. The breakfast was a mix of Western and Asian and was delicious. The Pool side was luxurious! The location is walking distance into the town and markets The staff at both Victoria Hotels we stayed in are exceptional and friendly. I highly recommend it.

Great experience end to end! Staff (Risa and concierge in particular) was extremely helpful - Even before we got there, they provided great recommendations and booked things for us (recommend booking airport pickup, tours and any shows with them in advance and asking them to prepare breakfast boxes which save a lot of time in the morning). Then, upon arrival, Risa was wonderful confirming the itinerary and accomodating our new requests. Concierge made great recommendations for activities and restaurants. Spa team was also great - both with service provided and adding me to schedule last minute, even with tight availabilities. All in, great hotel and think it's one of the best options in city when considering location, quality and prices.

Very nice building, lovely room, beautiful garden/pool area, very quiet, great breakfast. Good hotel, but does it deserve 5 stars..?
Don’t have other food there- no good cuisine and the waiters aren’t very attentive or nice- especially during breakfast.

Not sure about the difference between deluxe & superior. We had a single level room with a walk in shower after explaining that the multi level rooms were difficult to manoeuvre around r/t health issues. Staff were very helpful.
Thanks for checking with us and i would like to inform that we have connecting room all rooms type.
