Situated off the main road between Siem Reap and Ankhor Wat is this delightful homestay. I was impressed with the initial emails and the friendly welcome i received upon arrival. Thomas was more than happy to help me with my visiting itinerary. There is so much to see and do in the surrounding areas. I accepted there invitation to stay...

This is a fantastic place to stay when visiting the Angkor temples. Our host, Thomas, is Danish but speaks perfect English and was really helpful. He certainly enabled us to get the best from the 3 days we spent in Cambodia. His wife, Chanda, was lovely and nothing was too much trouble. I asked her if I could do some...

In the hustle and bustle of the tourist trap Siem Reap, Channa's Angkor Homestay is an Oasis. It is located inside the park, only minutes from the Temples. From the moment that their driver Mr. Chhin picked us at the airport till we made our sad goodbyes this was a wonderful experience. The home is located in a peaceful, quiet...

Dear Helen and Mel, I think that you really come to the heart of what Channa´s Angkor Homestay is all about and give us the best compliment possible in your fine review, thank you very much! We love the idea of being an Oasis for visitors to Angkor, and while the temples are amazing and Siem Reap has even more...

We arrived in the hottest part of the year for Cambodia, but our hosts Channa and Thomas made us very welcome. The homestay is at the end of a dirt track, leading from the main road to Siem Reap and Angkhor Wat. There are two superior rooms upstairs with a shared bathroom and another smaller garden room available. All the...

Channa's Angkor Homestay was my best choice when I visited Cambodia in Feb.2016. Its location is perfect for visiting temples and downtown just less than 30mins. to either way by Tuk Tuk. The property is very simple but that makes it become unique to compare to hotels. The garden, the kids, the rooms and the animals just made me feel...

I selected Channa's Angkor Homestay for its somewhat secluded position, in a green area away from city traffic, because I came to Siem Reap to volunteer in a village 25 km due north, intending to stay 6 weeks. And that was a lucky strike! I found the most hospitable and friendly couple, Thomas and Channa, who helped me in every...

We were a group with two couples and had a marvelous time staying with Thomas, Channa, and their three kids. The main house has two rooms and a bathroom upstairs with Thomas' private office in between, and the family's kitchen downstairs (their bedroom is in a separate building). The place is definitely rustic so animals and bugs could get into...

Thank you! I remember all four of you coming home on bicycles - down the "single-lane tiny unlit dirt road" at nighttime (with your lights on) after a busy day exploring Siem Reap and Angkor :-) We enjoyed having you here. All the best!

We spent nearly two weeks at Thomas and Channa's lovely place. The house is expertly renovated in a style that honours traditional Khmer architecture but combines it with modern/practical design when it comes to ventilation and and other practical matters. It is very clear that Thomas was trained as an architect :-) . The grounds are huge and bucolic, but...

Thank you Armin, I know you are a hotelier yourself, so your words are truly appreciated! We may not have the same panoramic scenery of the Dolomites as you do, but we love our secluded location between tall trees away from the crowd :-) Your generous gift to support the families of sick children here will be long remembered. The homestay is a great location. Close to town and to the temples, but far enough away that you don't feel like you are right in the middle of the tourist hustle and bustle. Thomas and his family are exceedingly welcoming and went out of their way to make sure that I was comfortable and enjoying my time in Cambodia....
