Well, in terms of location wise this is a good place as it is nearby to nightmarket, pubstreet etc. But 1 of the staff when i was there for check in, he was quite rude to my tuk tuk driver whom i prebooked to pick me up at bus station. He does not allow tuktuk driver to wait inside the...

We arrived at night. There were many staff at the hotel mostly all the time. Unfortunately only one of them spoke broken english, the rest nothing. Although they are friendly and if you are good with body language :-D anything is possible. The Villa's location is very good. 2 minutes walk and you are at the street of spa/massage. 5...

Tree of Life Villa is a small budget accommodation. It is made like a garden and looks gorgeous when you enter. The amenities are basic. Bed was clean & comfortable, bathroom was small, basic but clean. AC however sometimes did not work properly. And in the hallway, lizards were a common sight. The good part was the location, you just...

Two friends and I stayed there for four nights. After three nights, we go to sihanouk, leaving our luggage in the hotel. The hotel owner is very kind, very easy to communicate. She helped me to call the driver and told him that we changed hotel. When we told her our check out time, she reminded us we set off...

The owner Kumi is very considerate and easy to deal with. When we arrived, we requested to be transferred to twin room though our original booking was double. She granted it without further question. Daily breakfast and a bottle of water are included in the room rate and I must say their coffee and omelette are so yummy :-) I...

Stayed here for 4 nights and made full use of the location! Comfortable, spacious rooms close to everything. It was very very quiet may not be the best place for solo travelers. Price between rooms varied greatly. We booked online and so were given the most expensive room, don't know how much better it was from the others, but was...

Stayed here for 3 nights. Location is fantastic, a few minutes away from all the action and amenities but very quiet. Beds were comfortable enough and room had some space to spread out. Room would be greatly improved with a safe and fridge. Bathroom also smelled, which on reflection we should have followed up with the owner. Airconditioning was great....
