We enjoyed a complimentary 2-way airport with the hotel. It was arranged easily via email for the pick-up. Every single staff from front desk to restaurant to room attendants were extremely friendly, kind and helpful. Such a pleasant experience. My wife and I enjoyed the stay thoroughly.

The staff are helpful. They can communicate well with tourists. The room is clean and spacious. The location is good. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets are needby. The price is low and it is worthy to stay in this hotel.

We were looking for a budget hotel with a reasonable room for parents and two primary school aged children. We booked online, not trusting the information completely. We requested a family room, which claimed to sleep four. We called ahead, after booking, to verify sleeping accommodations for children. They asked what flight we would arrive on, and arranged a driver...

We had arranged to be picked up by the hotel which they forgot to do but were so quickly and graciously compensated we didn't mind at all. The complementary greeting was great, with a generous amount of fruit and passion juice. The staff were so sweet and helpful and treated us so well. I wouldn't want to stay here forever...

We booked the "family room" thinking it was going to be bigger but it was actually just two rooms with a connecting door. Breakfast was simple - usually bread with eggs, porridge, fried rice or muesli (thats yummy!) The hotel was relatively clean and the staff were very friendly. The location was perfect - walking distance to the Old Market...

This was a great hotel at a reasonable price. Free tuk tuk service is included from and to the airport. Every day you have new towels and water/tea. There is a pool but it's very small, maybe works for a quick relaxed beer or so. The staff is super friendly and hospitable. Would recommend!

Will prepare picnic breakfast if you go out early for tours - mixed: pool looked nice but at the front of the hotel so the whole Street can see you go to the pool (a low...

Great little hotel, a definite 5/5 in the budget hotel category. Clean, spacious rooms with air conditioning and a keypad safe for your valuables. Elevator to access the floors if you don't fancy the stairs. The staff here were fantastic, so friendly and always helpful. I don't think I have ever been made to feel so welcomed at a hotel...
