Had a 5 night stay here and it was truly excellent. We chose the Premier Landmark B&B rate as we didn’t need a driver every day, when we arrived we got an upgrade to one of the Sunset rooms with a swing bed on the huge balcony – superb. The rooms were large and spotless, with an equally spotless –...

I spent a couple of nights at The Privilege Floor in May. It's a perfect and comfortable base if you're coming to explore the Temples of Angkor. From the moment I arrived, everything went very smoothly thanks to the wonderful and friendly staff. Rajou was especially helpful in checking me in and arranging a driver to take me to Angkor...

My husband and I spent 3 days at the privilege floor. Lovely Jeany and a driver welcomed us at the airport (we weren't sure transfers would be included since we booked on trip advisor, so it was a lovely surprise). From the minute we got in the car jeany was a great help in organizing our stay in Siem Reap....

My sister recommended me this resort. We are extremely satisfied with everything. First, Alex, the manager from the privilege floor, is so attentive and he goes out of his way to make his guests feel comfortable. I have traveled to many places and Alex impressed me with his compassion and desire to create a great experience for his customers. He...

My friend and I decided on Borei Resort and Spa for the tail end of our SE Asia trip because it looked like a place where we could relax and enjoy ourselves before the long trip back to the states. The Privilege floor at Borei proved to be an exceptional experience. We arrived about 8 hours early than they were...

It is hard to adequately convey the impressive welcome that I and my wife received at the Borel Angkor hotel. We've been took Cambodia previously and had a very good stay at another nice hotel in town. However this hotel is simply in a league above the others. Three weeks prior to our arrival they checked in with us to...

They were dishonest about their price match policy. The page I used to book from the hotel directly said the hotel would match the price "with 10% further discount." I found a better deal on the exact same room, dates, cancellation, etc. First they disputed the screen shot I sent from Travelocity. After I booked on Travelocity and sent them...
