Yes, the staff is most helpful. But if this is a new hotel, it has been subject to a lot of abuse. The windows are single pane, you can hear all the noise outside. You can hear your neighbors in the next room. Next door is a building supply warehouse with a lot of noise. The road to the hotel...

Stayed at the hotel for three nights in December'12 on a trip with friends. We were initially a little skeptical about the place given the really cheap deal we had got with the prices but based on other reviews on this page went ahead and booked the place. Thankfully all worries were instantly removed over our stay! The hotel is...

We stayed 5 nights and by far the best thing about this hotel is the friendly and attentive staff. When we arrived we discovered our reservation had been accidentally cancelled, but despite being full during the busy holiday time, they were able to sort it out quickly and provide a room for us. Mr Yann in particular helped every day...

There is no place with a more helpful staff and management team. Whatever you want to do they can make it happen, and without haggling, or worrying about if you are going to have trouble. That is the key to success for me on a vacation. Niche is the place. The room was very clean and like new, Very well...

Niche is probably the best hotel. It's a relatively new hotel so it's quite fresh. It has all the amenities including air con cable TV room service and breakfast included. The hotel provides free took tooks into the town center for it's guests, recommending local bars and restaurants as well as how to get to the heritage sites and other...

Me and my family stayed here for 4 days and we absolutely loved this small hotel. It's very clean and comfortable, and the facilities are in top condition. The manager, Mr Bott, was very accommodating, and so are the rest of his front desk staff and tuktuk drivers. Communication is very easy, even the tuktuk drivers are helping us out...

“I advise you to book the front rooms if possible if you like seeing people, all kinds of activities in the street 24H/24H. but if you like silence, the relaxation...and so on, it'll be better to book the middle or the back rooms. I myself always stay in the front rooms.”
