Don't read up too much about it, just book in and go. This retreat will change your whole perspective. By far one of the best things I've ever done. The staff, the food, the whole place is incredible. GO!

Thank you for your message. We do also offer a Private Yoga Consultation Package at an additional cost. This package is for guests wishing to have assistance in developing, building and forming their own personal practice. One of our teachers will meet with you and ask what you wish to gain from your own daily practice. We will then make a sequence for you accordingly and meet for another 1 hour class to lead you through the sequence and assist the body into the postures. You will then receive a copy of your own practice to continue the daily practice.
