Lovely. Family run, clean, affordable, comfortable. Easy walk to the markets, small bike ride away from the Temples of Angkor. VERY helpful staff. Nice breakfast! You can book most activities and transportation through the staff members working. I wish I could have stayed longer!

Breakfast is included - simple but adequate. They said they would pick us up from the bus station however our bus was 2...

It is close enough to the old market and Pub Street to stroll to. We have already booked another night's stay here for when we return to Siem...

We stayed here for three nights, and we're very happy to find that the room was very clean, and the staff were amazing! We were late getting into Siem Reap, and they stayed up in the office and had worried about us as they had heard of a bus accident. When we did get in, we were very warmly greeted,...

The best customer service we have received in the past 10 weeks thru south east Asia. Everyone @ Sam So had a smile on their face; everyone said hello or good morning; all our requests are assisted no matter how insignificant they are, nothing seems too much trouble; the room was serviced everyday, which is not normally the case in...

After a long, exhausting, and rather sketchy border crossing from Thailand via Poi Pet, my friend and I entered Siem Reap in poor spirits. Sam So guesthouse managed to turn our sentiments around completely. Sam So and his wife are honest, caring, and outgoing people. Their family and friends that staff the house are just as kind and helpful. Everyone...

The price we paid wad $13 for a fan room, which included breakfast (fruit salad, coffee, toast with eggs and jam and butter). First thing to mention was that Sam and his wife were amazing and extremely friendly. They made you feel right at home and were always happy to help. The rooms were huge and clean. Not 5 star...
