I would like to applaud and express my heartfelt appreciation to every single receptionist, f&b staff and cook, and cleaner in Shadow Angkor Villa. We stayed from 5-8th Jan at room 105, and every day and night with them during our stay was all genuine warmth and care-- from arranging tuk tuk driver whenever necessary, packing breakfast for our 445am...

I was supposed to stay two night in this hotel, when I arrived I could not find my name the travel agent did not confirm my booking. It was not the hotel mistake, they could not help with another room as it was fully booked.. I spend about 2 hours there waiting for the agent to find me another alternative....

We stayed here four nights. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was generous and there was a wide range of choices: pancakes with fruit or chocolate, croissants, muesli, omelettes, poached egg or scrambled with baguettes. The rooms were clean and there was a proper shower! The pool was refreshing, especially after a day looking at the temples....

We spent 4 nights at Shadow Angkor Villa and loved it. The room was furnished well and had a great balcony, the bed was ultra comfortable. The staff were all friendly and the breakfast that is included was lovely. They offer a laundry service as well, which is really handy. The hotel is a short walk into the town centre,...

I love the hotel location, peaceful at night. The room was okay. Swimming pool is perfect during the day. Staff hepful even though limited knowledge on things like restaurants etc. The only thing I cannot stand was mozzie! Firstly, you should mentioned the full name of the hotel since there is another hotel with the similar name nearby. Staffs are quite helpful and help us arranged to get tickets and transport around Siem Reap. Since it is a budget and small hotel, it didn't have lift and no air-cond at the hotel lobby and room corridors. Internet wifi...

We originally planned to stay here for 3 nights but checked out after 1. Nothing in particular was horrible but we found a much better deal. The room was clean and everything worked (t.v., a.c., shower, etc.). They offered to pick us up from the bus station which was nice, but when we got to the hotel somebody that worked...

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. It is formal and old fashioned looking with heavy wooden furniture in the lobby and rather classic furnishings in the rooms. I had a room on the second floor, which was a bit noisy one evening (schoolgirls playing in the carwash across the road) but other than that I slept well. Higher...

We arrived earlier than expected, and to our surprise the room was ready. As we were a group of 3 , we got a triple room with air-conditioning. The breakfast was a small selection from a menu. It had fresh fruits, Cambodian congee and eggs, bacons, toast and a few other things. We really liked this as it was cooked...
