We loved this hotel from the minute we stepped out of the taxi. Greeted with a massive smile, cold orange juice and chilled face towel....... bliss. It carried on this way throughout our stay. The room is tasteful and beautifully decorated. The pool area is essential after a day round the temples. I would stay here again!

They personalized our experience. I casually mentioned to the lady at the front desk I'd like to try some Cambodian grubs - and she promptly got me two plates of beetles and fried grasshoppers which made for a great photo-op. Enjoyed my stay quite a bit.

We came at a very hot time but the hotel kept us kool and komfortable. My friend I was traveling with is desperately afraid of any lizards so we had to ask the staff to check for lizards (they are there) as I was getting tired of doing so but they did it no problem and with a smile on...

My wife and I stayed at the Kool Hotel while visiting Siem Reap and Angkor Wat. The bedroom was perfetc and not only did the service always come with a smile, the hotel arranged a top-class guide for us around Angkor Wat. The shuttle to the restaurants and shops came in useful, too.

Every aspect, comfort, cleanliness, friendliness, helpfulness.... all top notch! They arranged a guide for us...

Stayed here in February 2011 and was very pleased with the property. Rooms were clean and well maintained, pool was good, breakfast in the cafe was good as well. Watched the Super Bowl on a 20" TV in the cafe -- wouldn't necessarily recommend for sports bar purposes. All-in-all would definitely recommend -- walkable to the downtown bars and friendly...

It was a little more expensive than it probably should have been and was about a 10minute tuk tuk ride from pub street but was still very good. Had great rooms with very nice Asian aesthetic and a good pool. The best feature was the amazing garden in the middle, really fantastic for just relaxing with a book for a...

The hotel's location (little out of town), staff, decor and environment is just right for nice vacation. This is the best hotel we stayed in our 20 days trip thru 4 countries and 8 cities. They went an extra mile for us. Actually I booked a van from them to bring us (6 ladies, seniors and adults) travelling from Pattaya...

The room was clean, spacious, quiet and with a nice balcony. Swimming pool is also very clean and relaxing. I really enjoyed the breakfast, don’t miss the banana pancakes. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Helped us with airport pickup and Angkor Wat tour. Good value for money.
