I have been very slow in writing this review which i am very sorry about! Me and my boyfriend stayed at Lucky Angkor Hotel as our base in Cambodia for 5 weeks from 24.12.13 - 26.01.14, we were delayed from Bangkok so arrived on Xmas Day Morning and was greeted by our driver at the airport with big smiles and...

We reached Siem Reap at around 4pm after a very long and tiring road trip from Phonm Penh as the roads till the first half were under widening, only to be informed by the hotel that two rooms in our group could not be given to us as the earlier occupants had taken a late check out. This is not...

My husband and I stayed one night here in January, as we had originally booked two nights at another hotel at the last minute only to find that the other hotel was full and we got a transfer here. The room we stayed in was on the fourth floor, at the front of the hotel. It was clean, quiet, and...

Wow, I'm surprised to see so many mediocre or downright bad reviews for Lucky Angkor. Our experience was the complete opposite back in September 2013. We found Lucky Angkor on the agoda app and booked for a great rate. I emailed the hotel our flight information and asked for transportation to be arranged. When we arrived in Siem Reap we...

That hotel is a bit far from the city. You will need a tuk tuk. Room size are fine but it was not 100%clean, especially the bathroom. The staff are ok but I can not say more than that! All your expenses in that hotel need to be carefully checked before payment!!!

Booked on fairly short notice. It was easy to find, and conveniently close to Angkor Wat. The room was clean, and quiet. Internet was quite slow and didn't work from the room for the first night. The bed was hard as a rock however. Staff was friendly and courteous.

Looks good from the outside but it seems like they skipped a few steps during construction. Also, I didn't realize when I booked that it was so far from the city centre. We were only in Cambodia for 2 nights and given the location of the hotel I didn't feel like we really got to explore Siem Reap. We took...

We stayed here for 3 nights. I already had some qualms with this hotel before arriving, as I had tried to contact them via email about our airport pick up from siem reap international airport but after several unsuccessful attempts I had no response. And surprise surprise there was no-one waiting for us at the airport and we had to...

This place lacks in comfort. The beds are rocks, only 1 small flat pillow per bed and bathrooms need major overhaul. The hotel has potential but could use a remodel in the dining area, breakfast is just ok, place is very dark. The customer service lacks, the poor girls at the front desk can't answer a single question without going...
