A friend and I stayed here for 3 nights and I could not have asked for a better start to my holiday in Cambodia. The staff were so friendly and helpful ( special mention must be made of Claudia, guest relations, and our tuk tuk driver Mr Sna) and their advice ensured that we saw all we wanted to as...

We "discovered" Pavillon d'Orient in 2009 on our first trip to Cambodia. We didn't hesitate to book here again. After four years we were pleased to see that little had changed. In fact we even recognized some of the staff, which speaks well for both the staff and the management. We stayed 3 nights in the original part of the...

Great place to stay in Siem Reap! Hotel... very nice, very quiet, and nicely priced! Staff was outstanding! The ladies in the hotel restaurant were incredible... Most of all... I cannot say how great our Tuk Tuk driver was... He was hired for us by the hotel, and I will say... if you can request him, do so.. Davuth made...

The room, pool, lobby and hotel grounds were beautiful, quite different from what you see from the road. But the real differentiator here is the customer service: all the staff seem genuinely keen on making your stay as comfortable as possible. We especially appreciated Claudia's recommendations for what temples to see in which order, as we were traveling with children....

I stayed in their new wing, and one thing that bugged me was that they don't seem to clean the sofa well. Their sofa can be used as a second bed, and I was pleasantly surprised to find myself rolling around with dead bugs. Otherwise, I would have given 5-stars.

We had been travelling for two weeks non stop on guided tours throughout Laos and Cambodia and had not had more than one night at the same hotel in days.....when we stepped out of our car and into the garden at the front of the Pavilion, we literally thought we had found Utopia...what a beautiful, quietly awesome place. The Pavilion...

A little nervous as we pulled up to an innocuous fence and gate on a commercial road of auto/scooter repair shops, we walked into paradise.super friendly, smiling staff, lush gardens in every direction, two swimming pools, and numerous ponds dotted property. Our room was lovely with a corridor like shower area, separate from the bathroom/sink area, and overlooked one of...

The staff here is quite possibly the best I have encountered at a hotel. Claudia at the front desk greeted us by name the moment we stepped foot on the property to check in, and that feeling of hospitality pervades the hotel--every single member of the staff greets you with a smile and "good morning" when you walk by. Like...

Stayed just one night here, during a tour around Vietnam and Cambodia. From the moment we arrived, nothing was too much trouble, we were greeted by Claudia who ran through everything about the hotel and in the area and all the staff spoke English and were super friendly. There are two lovely swimming pools, but the icing on the cake...

Thank you so much to the Pavillon D'Orient staff for making our visit to Siem Reap a wonderful one. We arrived in a large group (we didn't see any other 'large' groups at the hotel). Even prior to booking Sebastien made the whole process easy and nothing was too difficult. When we arrived, everything was perfect and stayed that way...
