We stayed at this place for 6 nights and were very happy with the service . All the staffs are so friendly and really try their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible . Good break fast . We also hired tuktuk and a guide for 3 days to take us around the temples from them . Both... More

It deserves all the accolades of previous "excellent reviews". From arriving at the airport to be met by a happy smiling face holding our name aloft to the fabulously friendly staff and Mr Pov, our tuk-tuk driver, was a little cracker with the most marvellous grin. Nothing was too much trouble for anybody and boy did we test their patience.... More

Away from downtown but a great boutique hotel providing a peaceful haven from the bustle of Siem Reap. Great room, great food in the restaurant for breakfast and supper, super friendly and helpful staff. 2 lovely pools. We would give it more than 5 stars if we could.

Pavilion d'Orient was our last hotel on a 17 day tour of Indochina. The previous 5 had been absolutely superb and far exceeded expectations. In comparison, Pavillon was a bit disappointing. The hotel was part of a package tour, so it may have been considerably cheaper than the other hotels. The hotel has large grounds but the entrance is relatively... More

The hotel has a great atmosphere and charm. The two swimming pools are kept really nicely and offer a peaceful retreat from the heat. Our room was clean and spacious ...but you definitely need the mosquito netting...which we didnt mind. The shower had good water pressure and quickly warmed up...and the plumbing all worked nicely. The drivers offered by the... More

We stayed at Pavillion d'Orient after looking at lots of different options in Siem Reap. It is a good bit out of the main area of town, but we actually preferred that to be in a quiet setting. The hotel grounds are lovely, but what really makes this place special is the outstanding service. Everyone -- especially the front desk... More

I spent 4 days in this hotel with 2 friends and we really had a great time! Amazing breakfast served all day long (perfect for a late breakfast after the sunrise+visit of Angkor), the staff is really nice, you get a private Tuktuk driver at your disposal during your entire stay if you book directly to the hotel, & the... This small hotel is a little oasis. We opted for full board tariff which included airport pick up/drop off, a tuk tuk every day for whole day, a massage, wifi and 3 great meals daily. Room & 2 pools lovely, staff fantastic and exceptionally helpful - highly recommended. Manager organised a guide to take us to Anchor Wat in our... More

Pavillon d'Orient offers good value, primarily because the room rate includes breakfast, a daily guide (reserve one ahead, though, to ensure availability), all-day-long use of a tuk tuk from 7 AM through 10 PM or later, and a one-hour massage. The hotel will send someone to meet you at the airport and bring you to the hotel. Check-in is smooth,... More

We stayed here from October 14th - 21st 2016. I cannot put in to words how wonderful this stay was. This small boutique hotel is an oasis of tranquility and calm from the dusty, bustling, noisy and hot city of Siem Reap. I would highly recommend staying here for visiting all the temples in this area. A taxi is included... More
